After our bad experience with Optimum RV in Ocala we went to the Zephryhills location. We've previously purchased 2 RV's from this location. Our sales person were Renette and her daughter Alexis. They were extremely helpful. We found a 2019 Coachman Mirada. We were ready to buy and had a 2019 29 foot Sonic by Venture to use as a trade. We had many updates to this camper so we received a great deal on our trade. We were able to complete trading/purchase and picked it up for a planned camping trip in a week. This is the location to go to for the best place for great service and honest people who provide all the necessary information! We purchased our 2019 Coachman Mirada 32ss. It's a beautiful motor home. Immaculate condition inside and out. Full body paint. We are extremely happy with this motor home and could not have had better service with both sales and service. I highly recommend the Zephryhills location of Optimum RV versus any other location!

Couldn't be happier with the whole experience, everyone there was so nice and helpful.

They offered me a very fair rental rate and a primo spot I was able to access 24/7....a rarity in many places! I was thinking about possibly doing a consignment deal to try to sell my 2015 Winnebago Era 170 while I was there, so the guys went through my unit thoroughly and gave me an idea of what it was worth. No hassle and they let me think it all over for a couple of weeks. No pressure. I decided against a consignment sale and opted instead to continue to drive it for another year. I'm headed back in a month for my annual trek. I wouldn't consider storing my unit anywhere else. Great guys who make customers feel like family. Who knows, I just might do that consignment deal this year!!

I was happy with the final price and they did a very thorough walk thru with me showing me how everything worked and fixed any of the things I found wrong which was mostly superficial broken things like trim molding, plastic parts, etc... after getting it home I started encountering more issues that my test drive didn't reveal but I don't really think it was intentional on their part. I did the needed repairs and got it ready for a trip to Montana. I bought it during the dry season and about a month after I purchased it, we started getting very heavy rains everyday. About 100 miles into my 6000 mile trip out west while filling up the gas tank I noticed a very small deformation on the front side of the nose cap. There was a stick on reflector where it was protruding and I pealed it back to reveal a quarter size hole in the fiberglass right at the seam. I put a piece of tape on it and kept driving. We made it to GA and the tape had pulled off and the side panel was swollen and pulling back from the corner seam. I bought some incredibly strong "as seen on TV" waterproof sealing tape and taped over the hole and the seam. We did not want to cancel the trip over this but it was extremely nerve wracking because I was afraid that side panel was going to start ripping off. We kept an eye on the tape and added more as needed but the air pressure was causing the swelling and delamination to get worse. By the time I got home it was swollen all the way back to the bunk window. I called a delam repair company and they told me it would probably cost 5-7 grand to fix it! I was completely devastated as I still owe 22 grand on this thing. After further research I figured out that the stick on reflectors were added to cover the hole as they were not on any other Greyhawk I saw for that year. I brought it back to RV World expecting them to tell me to kiss their ass and that it was sold as is. They were very calming and said that they would try and fix it for a lot cheaper than what I was quoted and only charge me what their costs were. They had my RV for a month and when they called me to tell me it was done I was expecting them to say it was thousands of dollars to fix. The water damage got into the overhead bunk and all behind the panel. They had to replace a lot more than we originally thought but they fixed it right. They replaced the bunk, had to pull the bunk window and replace the panel behind it. It was a major repair and they did a great job! I couldn't be happier and they didn't try and rip me off or even charge me what the repair was worth. They took great care of me even though they had zero obligation or anything to gain.

From our first conversation, we knew we were in good hands. When the Hydro-Hot (Aqua-Hot) on our 2006 Newmar Essex (Class A) motorhome decided to stop working, leaving us with no hot water, we were stressed. We are Full-Time RVers so there was no "going home". We needed it fixed - and fast. A local RV dealership in Tampa highly recommended Jose, and they gave him a call for us on the spot. We set up an appointment and he came out to help. The consistent and honest communication from Jose was unparalleled in today's market. We felt we had a friend we could trust. Jose is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly friendly and approachable. He takes the time to explain the work being done and ensures that you are completely satisfied with the results. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and their RVs. The quality of work at Camp Ready RV Services is exceptional. They offer a wide range of services, including maintenance and repairs, ensuring that your RV is always in top condition for your next adventure. Jose's expertise and attention to detail are evident in every aspect of his work. He provided great pricing, excellent workmanship, and an astonishing turnaround time that far exceeded my expectations. After attending the Tampa RV show (this happened during that week) and speaking directly with Aqua-Hot company representatives, everything they told us was fully in sync with what Jose had explained. Jose called us the minute the parts came in and was here as promised. He worked on the issue with a smile and a friendly demeanor until it was completely fixed and the pricing was exactly what was explained. We ended up scheduling our annual service with him, and fully trust his work. Whether you need routine maintenance or more extensive repairs, Camp Ready RV Services is THE place to go. S&S RV Adventures highly recommends Camp Ready RV Services and Jose to anyone in need of RV services. The professionalism, expertise, and customer-focused approach make them the best in the business. Thank you, Jose, for your outstanding service - We've never been so happy for a hot shower!

The one con is all of the RVs are unlocked and they let everybody walk around without supervision, so we walked into some unsettling situations. We came here because my younger son has been obsessed with RVs. We've been thinking about renting one to test it out. At one point, you could rent it at lazy days, so AI still thinks you can. However, upon further research that is no longer the case, but we still figured we should check out this place just to see sizes of RVs. When we got to the front desk, they told us that all the RVs are unlocked so we can just take a look at everything ourselves. I actually loved this at first, because we didn't want to waste the salesperson time as we checked out the different sizes of RVs. I realize that this is both the pro and con when my children walked in to one RV and found that the toilet had been used, and it was number two not number one so it was exceptionally disgusting. That really freaked me out and made me very wary going into the other RVs. Luckily, we didn't experience anything else like that, we did see a couple Coke bottles left behind, but it made me think it would be very easy for somebody who is mentally unstable to do something scary in these RVs since there were so few people walking around. So in the end, I do think this is probably a great place to check out a large selection of RVs because they have so many, but if you are a female, I would highly recommend making sure you either go with the sales person or bring a male with you just in case.

We added a 2nd A/C and slide top awnings and when we picked up the unit a few weeks later, the bench seat for the dinette was missing. We were told that it had been taken out for another unit that was being picked up, and that it was because of this incident that they changed policy and would no longer do that. They had to order in a replacement and we had to make a two hour trip back to pick it up when it came in. We received exactly zero consideration for this and the salesman (JP) seemed quite irritated when he had to deal with us when we showed up to pick it up. A 1 star start for sure. We did not have much to do with them after that until last August. The unit was due for some maintenance and the "Platinum" maintenance package included the wheel bearing repack and roof sealant update. The advertised price was $2,700, and i asked them to look at few things and give me cost to fix. When we picked up a week later, we were met with a bill for $4,400. They charged us over $3,300 for the service, plus charged us a couple hours labor to look at the awning and tell me the arm was bent ($1,500 repair), to pull one gray tank handle and tell me that this too was bent ($1,000 repair) and also asked about one of the black out shades that no longer would retract, another 1/2 hour labor to tell me it needed to be replaced (along with some absurd estimate but I can't recall the number). I brought their website up on my phone and showed our Service Advisor Ashley the $2,700 I was expecting to pay. She brought up the $3,300 price on her computer and shrugged off the $600 additional cost. Between that and the nearly $400 charged to look at three things that probably (and generously) took a half hour to diagnose, I was just furious and, wanting to avoid a scene, I paid and left. A week later we set up at a campground and when I used the fan in the bathroom for the first time, we found that they had installed the new MaxxAir fan cover incorrectly and I could not close the vent without disassembling the fan from inside to be able to manuever the vent cover inside the MaxxAir cover as it was getting caught on the fins of the MaxxAir cover. At this point I called and asked for a service manager. I explained the situation to Marcus and also told him about the cost difference for the so called "Platinum" package, as I could still pull it up on their site, for their location, and get the same $2,700 price that Ashley had no interest in honoring. He agreed to refund that additonal $600, and offered slide and leveling system maintenance for free when we came in to have the fan cover fixed. As we were staying in the RV long term, more than 2 hours from the dealership, I opted to get a mobile tech to fix the fan cover. As I had 45 minutes left of his one hour minimum, I had him revisit some of the things that Lazydays gave me ludicrous estimates for. He got his ladder out and loosened 2 screws and made a slight adjustment to the awning, solving the problem that Lazydays could only solve with a new awning arm and $1,500 charge. Pathetic. Fast forward 8 weeks to October 2025 and I am cleaning and preparing the RV for storage and notice that the sealant on the front cap has failed. We had towed it literally about 100 miles and all across the front cap the sealant had opened up. I called and talked to Marcus again, to find that Lazydays was being purchased by Campers Inn. He took my information and said he'd put notes on the account so we could bring the unit in when we returned to Florida in May of this year. When we were getting ready to return, I made arrangements to drop the unit, and was met with pretty much complete ingnorance of the situation. I had to bring in my invoice because they claimed to not have the Lazydays records. I believe this to be an absolute lie. Later on Ashley said I did not have to resend the pictures of the failed sealant because she did have access to the ones I had sent Marcus. So much BS it's hard to imagine. So, they claim to have cleaned and resealed the front cap and I had to make the two hour drive two days in a row so the sealant could "cure". They did their 15 point inspection and claimed that two of the tires on the unit were from 2008 and 2009, but all 4 were replaced at the same time in 2023. I find it very hard to believe they even know what they are talking about. They also noted that both air conditioners were in need of maintenance. Yesterday I had a mobile tech I have used before come over to check out the A/C's and recheck the sealant on the roof. He immediately pointed out several issues with the sealant, which Lazydays told me was all good less than one week ago. He pointed out that the front cap was not cured, and that they had obviously used an off brand sealant ant that there were spots where it was popping up
