Ian personally checks the equipment from time to time--pump, filter, heater, salt cell--and has caught small issues before they became big repairs. During rainy stretches and algae season, they adjust dosing and brushing so the water never turns. They've cleaned the salt cell, backwashed when needed, and even spotted a tiny air leak at the pump lid that they fixed the same day. Professional, trustworthy, and thoughtful: he closes the gate for the dogs, roll up hoses neatly. Rock, the owner, was hands-on excavating the backyard and setting the pool. The team of Miguel, Mr. Noz, Austin, and Chris were hard working and knowledgeable in finishing up the plumbing, equipment, and pool deck. Even when there was a problem between the deck and the fence, Rock was there quickly and efficiently resolved the problem. I gave them a chance to do me right since I did about $30k worth of work with them between Oct 2024 and March 2025. They said they could redo my pool for another $11,000.00 initially then to 9,800.00! No concept of fairness and owning up to " I Screwed Up and Need to Make My GOOD Client Happy" .
