All of the crews that worked for us were polite, friendly and very patient of our many questions. The "Pool School" at the end of the process was a nice touch. I have a much better understanding of all the new equipment. Finn's was not the cheapest estimate-they were all pretty close- but it was $14,200 well spent. We will definitely call them again. Ian personally checks the equipment from time to time--pump, filter, heater, salt cell--and has caught small issues before they became big repairs. During rainy stretches and algae season, they adjust dosing and brushing so the water never turns. They've cleaned the salt cell, backwashed when needed, and even spotted a tiny air leak at the pump lid that they fixed the same day. The skimmer basket was filled with old leaves. They did not vacuum the pool when they came this week (I know, because the hat I dropped in the pool on Sunday was still there on Wednesday. No "we will do better", no excuses, they must have known it was a problem. They scarred the grab tiles with their poles, and the pool looks worse and worse every month, lots more yellow mold, and more grey on the bottom. Now, I am not so sure I actually needed a new salt board. I cut checks twice a month, and they must be really short on cash flow, as this seems to be a problem for them. I am sorry to say they are not very professional, and apparently strapped for cash flow.
