This has been a costly, stressful, horrible experience, and I would not wish it upon anyone else. ANSWER: I respect your employees. I said thank you, paid for the "job" and gave them a $100 tip. They are simply unprofessional and do not have the proper equipment. You must respect them and train them before sending them to the customer. The equipment they use in my home is scratching my NEW marble floor. I spent money and time. By the way, other companies see your work and say that you did the same thing in other places.
