Well it happened again. I could make a full series about their screw ups. I dont even order here anymore because of the vast amount of screwing up, but I guess I love misery. I'm not even gonna bother with the service, or lack there of. What my complaint is, is that the rude individual who took my order and when I asked if they have a chip reader, she interrupted me twice to tell me "it's gonna ask for a tip first" .. so I pressed NO TIP, seeing its a choice, and her vibe instantly changed, and I could tell she had some kind of spite to it. Handed me our drinks and didn't even tell me thanks or have a nice night, when I drove off I couldn't take a sip till I got home, the smoothie wasn't blended... so I blended it from home, but I can understand why they have a 1.9 star rating.. it's not the drinks, or the food, it's the Service. My husband and I went here for lunch. Food was okay. However, the server took forever to take the order of the person ahead of us because they were chit chatting, rather than simply taking her order. The customer certainly looked like she was a friend of the cashier/server. The result was that it took forever for the server to even acknowledge our existence. Then, he charged us twice for a cookie. However, we brought it to the server's attention immediately when she brought us our smoothie. She said that she would tell the manager, and she did because I saw her. However, the manager completely ignored the issue until my husband went back up the counter after we had finished eating. I don't ever leave bad reviews, but training needs to happen on customer service at this location. My son and I went after church, stood at the counter for a good 2-3 minutes with probably 4 employees walking by in front of us, and NOT ONE even acknowledged we were standing there. Food and smoothie was good, but service is definitely lacking. While sitting, I saw two more customers walk to the counter and get completely ignored until one said something, and the other just left. I understand you get busy, but you stop what you're doing to wait on a customer....not just continue sweeping or cleaning containers and hope they go away! Whoever the guy was working at 12:30 on Sunday, August 28, should be commended. He was the only one remotely friendly. He apologized for the food taking so long. Their smoothies are good but I ordered a sandwich recently and asked for no lettuce and no chipotle Mayo and the employee told me my sandwich came with no Mayo on it. Well whenever I got home I unwrapped my sandwich and saw there was no lettuce so I bit in just to find out it was covered in chipotle Mayo. Not cool Tropical smoothie. read more

This has been so disappointing. The smoothies and quesadillas were good but the kale slaw was yellow and slimy. The apples were bad, and the kale slimy all through. I believe in second chances, but this was it. Last week my kale slaw was slimy and I called them so they didnt give it to anyone else-that should have been enough for them to check better, but again today, all 4 of my slaws were inedible. I called again and tried to speak to the manager, but the young guy said they didnt have one there. Horrible!! Will never go back. They messed up our order after 25minutes waiting. I asked for my money back but the manager refused bc I paid with the app. Told me the only way to get a refund was to contact corporate. They have changed the last few months. Just stopped here for sandwiches and smoothies. Service was pretty bad. We ordered a to-go order inside from Lucy. Food came out quick but we waited several minutes for smoothies and noticed no one was making them. I thought that maybe there was a mistake or something got lost in communication. We asked Lucy politely how much longer our smoothies would take and she shrugged and said "I don't know". When I acted shocked that she was so unwilling to help, she asked workers behind the counter and then came back and told me "I don't know". We got the attention of someone else and asked him. He was polite and began making the smoothies, but Lucy refused to be helpful. No one knew to make our smoothies. If we hadn't asked and then went further than Lucy, then we would still be waiting. We asked who her manager was and she said she was. Then corrected herself and said she was the shift leader. I know they are just smoothies, but man, totally bad service from her and the rest of the crew just flowed around her to fix it. When I told the second worker that Lucy wasn't helpful, Lucy said she answered us by saying "I don't know." Sounded like my 11-year-old. It was just a frustrating experience.
