So when I saw they'd be at the food truck rally today, I was very excited. Juice! I wouldn't have to go to a yoga class or order a huge to try it! The juice was $9. My boyfriend was dubious. I admit, I didn't like it but figured it was the cost of doing business. And I had wanted to try it for so long. I ordered The Classic. Nothing surprising or kind of funky. I wasn't looking to be exotic. The people working the truck were not nearly as friendly as the photos posted led me to believe. I don't expect a ton of small talk or anything. But they had no line. I said something about being excited to try their product, reading about them, etc. Maybe they're the rockstars of juice and hear that all the time because I just got a nod. When my juice came, it was massively overflowing. The guy wiped it off, said something about tension of the lid when I said that looked messy. As soon as I tried to take a drink, it squirted. Orange goo all over me. What a mess. And hard to clean up. The juice was a bummer, too. It was like each ingredient found the worst place on my tongue to burn. My boyfriend tried it and made a terrible face. As we passed a trash can he said, "I wouldn't be sad if you threw that away." I was sad. While I was excited about the experience and had just spent $9 on it, I didn't want to drink it, either. Plus, it had exploded and betrayed me. So I tossed it.

Definitely can tell a lot of care is taken into getting flavors right and using quality ingredients. The people are friendly and the cafe is full of plants and has a nice vibe even just to sit down while waiting for your drink to be prepared. Love that they provide plastic alternative straws which is one of the harder things to recycle. :)
