Always nice to enjoy the green smoothies even though I switch it up to something with peanut butter here and there.

The main complaint that I have is that they take pretty long with orders at this specific location. I usually go to another location in the westside. I go to this one when in the eastside. Anyway...It took around 20 or 25 minutes to receive my order of 2 smoothies. I didn't want pineapple or mango juice in one of my orders. Not sure if the order took long because of this? I ordered 2 Limey Blimeys. This is my favorite smoothie from Tropical Smoothie. it's the only one I'll order for myself. I always like mine with lime, strawberry and Splenda minus the pineapple and mango juice. I ordered my son a regular one without the Splenda. He enjoyed it. I didn't want to order food during this visit. When I do, I order the buffalo chicken wrap or the Thai salad. Both aren't spicy for me but they have a good flavor to them. I can't forget the jalapeno chips! I also like the peanut butter and honey wrap for breakfast once in awhile. I'll definitely order again! Besides the order taking long to arrive, the customer service and cleanliness was good. I have their app and it's pretty cool! They often give you discounts and rewards. For example, they give you $5 on your birthday. I wish they had a drive-thru but I don't think they do at any location. For sure not at this one or the one I go to on the westside. read more

We went in 15 minutes prior to closing time on Wednesday and it was still so busy!! There were people in front of us ordering and there was still a line forming behind us. Huge group of people were sitting at one of the bigger tables and other couples and families were still seated as well. There were about 5 employees working so drinks were coming out quickly. We always order the triple berry oat with regular sugar and WOAH this drink is the best! It's usually made with Splenda but we always ask for regular sugar since we like the real thing. Cashier was friendly and everything was clean. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program and get the app for discounts! This place needs to be cleaned up. The food was ok , took about 15 minutes for quesadillas, but I couldn't get past the cleanliness of the place. First of all I think their air conditioner was not working it felt like a sauna. But then I looked up at the vents and fan and it's almost like they have never been cleaned. I love the food and smoothies from here but my gosh, the employees are the dang worst. I walked in and I got the ugliest looks by the guy and two girls up at the register. Not even a "good afternoon, hi I can help you up here." Nothing. There was another man in front of me that was also waiting to be attended. Apparently they were having trouble with their credit card machine but instead of saying that or "I apologize for the wait, the machine is down" they were looking at each other like idiots, laughing and making jokes. They finally attend me and the girl that is helping me out has an attitude and when she later brings me my smoothies, she doesn't even say "here you go" etc, she sets them down and walks away rolling her eyes. This location is right by the gym and a lot of people come here after their workout. I'm speaking for myself only here but I had a good workout this afternoon. I stopped by to grab some food and smoothies for my husband and I. Walking into a business with that kind of service just really kills your mood. I came on my lunch break to grab a club and smoothie. Walked up to the register and the manager (black shirt wearing braids and a black cap) didn't greet me or anything. Then just looked at me so I assumed I could start ordering. After I finished ordering she goes "is that it" with annoyed look on her face. I hesitated and responded "that would be all and gave her a look for the unprofessionalism. She asked for my name and I showed her my ID for military discount and she just scoffs and starts taping on the register screen. As a veteran owned business she sure doesn't respect service members. Every time I come to this location, the staff is just rude and disrespectful. It's absolutely ridiculous. Food and smoothies are good but the staff needs customer service training asap. read more

This place is the best. The food is fresh, the service is good and the smoothies are soooo yummy. There's really not much else to say about this place, they're all pretty much the same. The only drawback is that the smoothies only come in one size--huge! But they're priced reasonably so I don't mind how big the drinks are, you get your money's worth. I wasnt too fond of the fact that they basically rely on adding different sauces to plain grill chicken for their options. It came off tasting rather dry even with the sauce added. Then the white rice it came with...good lord. It was almost al dente and didnt help the lack of flavor to the whole thing. I give them props though for adding a bunch of romaine lettuce and good green parts too, not a bunch of the white, watery stem. I also tried their kale and apple coleslaw. It was really soaked in the dressing which is always a turn off for me in health food choices. Overall, it was ok. The setting is chill and fun and upbeat. The place is nice inside and they have plenty of employees. I had went with a friend of mine to get a quick snack and when I had walked into location, the girl who had took my order jozlynn as it said on my receipt she had took awhile to greet us due to her talking with her coworkers. I was nice about it and let her finish to come help us and take our order, then when she started taking our order she had such a ugly attitude speaking very low, having me repeat myself almost three times, then asking if that's it with attitude then proceeded to act rude about me having a coupon that I couldn't apply when ordering online, usually that never an issue when I go into a tropical smoothie but overall the experience was not it, there was no reason to be rude to a customer especially when we weren't rude to her at all from the get. Today was the first time that I waited longer than 10 minutes for a mobile order and there really isn't a distinct waiting area for pick up. I really hate to rate Tropical Smoothie so harsh however Corvid is a very serious health concern. A male employee was seen removing his mask while behind the juice bar. He then was seen wearing the mask below his nose while we were reporting him to management. He was also seen sweeping with the same gloves that he used to make a sandwich and cleaning his prep area.
