The service was horrendous. No smiles and just plain rude. The smoothie was great but because of the service I won't be back. It matters!

This place should receive high marks as the crappiest of crappy smoothies places, congrats. I ordered a smoothie and cookie from Lady Lake location today to be delivered to my Mom in a local Villages Hospital. I included correct address (I called to verify Hospital in advance), her name, and room number. 20 minutes later I was notified it was delivered. Called my Mom, no smoothie. Texted Dasher, no response, nothing. Called store, they have it setup so you cannot talk to a "live" person, smart, keeps complaints low. I'm sure they put down address without my Mom's name, so can't blame hospital, hope they enjoyed. Will never use again, the Smoothie place or Doordash, they just suck. read more

First id like to thank Drea for being a great help polite and timely with service . However, ciara has disgusting body language accused me and my family of lying about when I received a coupon which is hilarious because it's dated from the T-Mobile app and it said i had a whole week i dont care what she thinks she knows you don't know shit obviously if you didn't know how to put the coupon in the system and your coworker did . Totally embarrassed herself and totally disrespectful customer service needs to be better from her. after making it seem like we lied she showed that she was incapable of an apology rolled her eyes and turned to Drea she was over the correction and she is to damn grown to act like a kid and have a tantrum at work . Management needs to take this into consideration when looking at her because i can tell this was a good day for her so I would hate to see a bad one read more

I was looking to try something different, other than my normal midday lunch and was pleasantly surprised with the Bahama Mama suggested by Keirstien. It has a silky "smooth" texture and you don't have to look for the fruity flavor, it smacks you right up front. I'm glad I stopped by and will surly be a repeat customer. See u there read more

Food was fresh and tasty. The staff greeted me on entrance and exit. They cashier was knowledgeable on the products served making this new customers choices was a breeze. Tables were clean both inside and out. We ate outside and enjoyed the atmosphere created. FANTASTIC food. This specific cafe is 1000% better than the other villages cafe, off of hwy 466. THIS one off hwy 27, their food is hot, the smoothies are cold, and they are quick. I think the girl's name was Kayla, she did amazing. read more

Very disappointed, ordered online, my 2 smoothies were on a shelf not in a cooler. My kiwe smoothie tasted good but was watery, not smoothie like at all! My other smoothie was a cranberry truffle, I asked the man if he was sure that it was the cranberry truffle, since it was marked cranberry, he said yes. I asked if the straw was edible he looked at me like I was crazy and did we don't have those. I was frustrated so I took my smoothies and left. After trying the cranberry one I found that it was a cranberry crisp, which has wheat ‼ I have Celiac diesease and thank goodness that I spit it out. I had to pull over in walmart's parking lot to spit it out! Basically I wasted $5.99 on the cranberry smoothie, had to throw it down the sink‼ Customer service was awful and it seemed like no one knew what they were doing. Super upset with the service provided. I went Tuesday and had my order done incorrectly and the place was under staff. I was polite and just waited and no complaints. Today my mom went and had questions for the staff because I have been raving about the business. Unfortunately, the worker was rude and at the drive thru did not take her payment and refused to give her service. Worst part she stuck her tongue out at her and waved she was not going to give her anything. I am super bummed because sometime we should remember it's hard for our parent to know the menu quickly. So, The company contacted me and apologized for what had happened at my prior visit and sent me a gift card. So I gave them another chance and I went back today. I ordered two smoothies I was greeted at the window, I was greeted at the speaker. The young man that took care of me was cordial ,he was friendly. The order was made extremely quickly and perfectly. The young man told me to have a great day after handing me the smoothies. Tropical Smoothie has regained my faith and I will continue to frequent them again. Great job!!! read more
