Here we go again... another backwards business stuck in the 50's that refuses to accommodate vegetarians. Unless you want extra meat they can't help you. I asked if they could take the blt and just make it lettuce tomatoes and cheese and was told no, our chef doesn't change the menu. There is no one in here so they choose to lose business over creating a cheaper than anything on their menu sandwich and could still happily charge me full price. Make it make sense and wake up, it's 2024 accommodate people. I didn't ask for anything that wasn't already on the menu. As far as the ambience it's a dirty diner with tacky decor all over. They also boast of military support, next time try making a veteran a cheese sandwich and get over yourself. read more

We had great food and could tell this was a favorite hang out in the area. I had an omelette with feta cheese, toasted English muffin, and delicious home fries with onions. My friend enjoyed her food too including the cheese grits. The waitress was sweet and worked fast. She was the only one there. She had a good rapport with others as they called her by name. Coming from the northeast I've been brought up in diners... the only positive thing I can say is the three stars was for the waitress although I was concerned about her leaning over us with no mask... food was marginal , cleanliness was an issue, food came out haphazardly, (I man came in 20 minutes after us and got his food before us) and an excessively long wait for few people in there...my husband's fish was an inordinately small portion for the price. Won't make it a habit .. tried to find the silver lining in wasting time and money here: happy to support a mom and pop and especially during lean times. read more

Have never gotten a bad thing from Sabinas! Big breakfasts are amazing and the burgers are incredible. Kiddos love the sundaes and shakes. Best French fries in town. I had just ordered from here and all I can say is wow. My order was totally wrong from the wrong side to the bland ground beef in the burger. Their was zero flavor beyond the large amount of grease which allows me to assume the beef is frozen. I ordered a garden bacon burger which comes with the standard lettuce, tomato, bacon etc which it had none of it only a single slice of cheese. I ended up eating the wrong side and throwing the majority of the burger away. read more

I have tried quite a few restaurant/diners since moving here in October. I had not even found a halfway decent restaurant yet. All over priced and was just OK. Today I tried Sabina's and their food was excellent. Cooked perfect. If you want some good food I suggest going there. Nothing fancy just GOOD home cooked meals. read more

I don't go to very many diners, but this one was pretty good. Only like 2 other people in the restaurant, so service was pretty snappy. We all got breakfast so I can't speak for their lunch/diner but my plate was bomb (see picture). Everything was delicious and cooked perfect. The only reason I didn't give 5 was because my buddies weren't as happy as I was. Overall a great little dive while traveling through the state. Stopped by this Diner for the first time a couple of days ago for lunch. Definitely will not go back for a 2nd time. Food was barely okay. Establishment was less than desirable. Service not good either. Upon entry we were informed to sit wherever we liked, what a joke!!! The amount of seating inside is less than 15-20 tables and/or booths as it is, but only 2-3 tables were cleaned off of dirty dishes from previous customers. Would've sat outside if it wasn't so hot, at least most of the tables outside were clean. We were seconds from leaving as we waited over 5 minutes for a server to stop by our table, and it was not busy either. There were more empty dirty tables than occupied tables at that time. This was the worst Diner experience ever!!! read more

Delicious and employees were very friendly and with a smile on their faces. Which in reality is hard to find such employees on early morning hours. I ordered biscuits and gravy as well as my girlfriend did and we enjoyed it. A comfortable place and is not loud at all. Every costumer were respectful for others privacy for not being loud. So my husband and I went to Sabina's for breakfast and it was ok, our server told us they had great Cuban sandwiches. So today we ordered one to share. It was horrible, I actually spit it out. Spit it out!!! To do scribe the taste thing was like eating a band-aid. It tasted like what a band-aid smells like (No I have never eaten one) but it was gross. We literally threw it out the window. $15 out the window. Not going back. Which is a shame, I love supporting local businesses. read more

Wow what can I say, weak coffee no creamer ( milk or powdered) ...nothing came out right. Scrambled eggs with cheese came out runny, more like a folded over eggs. Response from kitchen was what do you want me to do with your eggs? Well maybe scramble them and cook them? Was what I was thinking. Other issues but really difficult n't want to go on. I love that this place is a diner theme. They have a neat screened in front porch where u can eat and watch the traffic. They have a 50's kitsch theme going on and 50's music plays. When you first walk in it smells awful! Mildew and bleach! Ecckk.. I ordered the grilled cheese and asked for tomato. Ugh.. the worst grilled cheese ever. They put 1 tomato slice in the sandwich with a pickle on the side. This should be on a kids menu. The bread was a cheap Wonder white bread and I swear Govt. cheese! I know diner sandwiches and that was not one at all. My boyfriend got the eggsalad sandwich with fries and coleslaw. All was homemade..(dont know about fries though) the sandwich came with lettuce and a tomato. The coleslaw was divine he said! The service was fantastic and we were there at 2p so lunch crowd was gone. I gave it 3 stars because of my sad meal and smell of the place. Had the Eggs Benedict and truthfully I am extremely impressed. The food was excellent. The employees, servers cooks and well everyone is absolutely wonderfully friendly and enjoyable. It's like being in a friends kitchen having breakfast (in my case) or lunch etc. They are all so friendly, funny and like I was a friend who stopped by to eat. Probably the worst breakfast I ever had. I ordered the western omelet. Huge greasy chunks of onion and bell pepper. Way too much onion with tiny pieces of ham. The home fries tasted like they were sitting in grease all morning and very over cooked. She uses American cheese which was disgusting. I'll never go back. I literally couldn't eat it. The sweet waitress asked me if I wanted a box. lol. no. Also, there was only one waitress for the whole place. We waited forever. Felt really nauseated on the way home. Darn. I won't lie, the first time we went to Sabina's the food was rather greasy but still edible. Service was great, but the food wasn't as good as we expected because of the grease. They must've had a spill lol. We gave the place a second chance a few years later and didn't regret it- the burgers were large and delicious, service was good as always, and the food quality was improved and reasonably priced. I had a burger and fries. The burger was the type you could toss into the microwave: bland, and lukewarm. The waitress asked me how I wanted it done, and that made me believe it'd be handmade, or at least seasoned, but don't be fooled. The wait time was probably for the fries-they were good, but that was it. The ice cream is also the brand that you can get from any gas station-in other words not home made.
