Inside of the cafe was completely empty when I went (early afternoon), but perhaps it would be more active in the morning. The inside was very bright and sort of trendy though, which made it feel less empty than it actually was. The guy at the counter was very nice and helpful, especially with questions about some of the ingredients. Everything is a bit more expensive here, but I supposed that is expected given the emphasis on organic products and made-from-scratch at this place.

I recently got a smoothie at another establishment and they gave me the dreaded paper straw. I know they are better for the environment. But you just can't do a paper straw with any type of thick beverage. LOL. My smoothie absolutely hit the spot.
