First time ordering from here. I built my own bowl. There's hardly an açaí in it. It's like a fruit salad with açaí as a topping . I asked for honey and got none. If you're a fan of açaí bowls, you probably love the tanginess of it. This place mixes the açaí with bananas which I thought would be cool but it taste like the bananas were too ripe and going bad. I don't taste any açaí. Location is great. Lots of parking. Easy to get to but I doubt I'll come back. read more

The smoothies are water, go to Playabowls they actually use fruit instead of sugar water. Purchased 3 smoothies each 10 dollars plus, each smoothie had ZERO FLAVOR. Not sure how you remove flavor from fruits but this place did. Smh. read more

Such an amazing smoothie place. I absolutely loved Frutta Bowls. Debbie was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and flavors and was open to substitutions. I went here all 3 days I was in Trenton. I would definitely return. read more

Frutta Bowls - Acai Bowls Near Me - Ewing Township, New Jersey

Excellent spot. 1) I got the pick 2, which was pick of toast or fruit bowl or smoothie. I choose the toast called PB&N (peanut butter & Nutella + fruit) and fruit bowl with Greek yogurt, granola, fruit, and Nutella & whipped cream. It was fantastic. 2) The ambiance is amazing! They have these extremely comfy couches. 3) For sure coming back. read more

On these hot summer days I crave refreshing frozen Frutta Bowls for lunch. This is such a good chain, and this location is doing it right! Upon my entering, the young woman behind the counter immediately smiled and called out a friendly hi. About 5 customers were seated and eating and there was no line. My bowl was ready by the time I finished paying. The fruit was fresh, ripe, and delicious. I got strawberries, mango, and blueberry. The mango was especially wonderful! The person who prepared my bowl did it very neatly (See photo). She put a perfect amount of almond butter swirled over the top. The store was clean, cool, and comfortable. It's got great natural lighting from huge windows on three sides. There's plenty of free parking in a big lot. read more

No bc why did I get charged $11.48 for this SMAL bowl??? Like why is it so expensive for no reason? Y'all really desperate for money like that, huh? Also tell me why I said to take off the peanut butter and just have the Nutella, but they fully added more Nutella charging me more. Like what this place needs to do something about these prices... read more

Frutta Bowls - Bermuda Bowl - Acai Bowls Near Me - Ewing Township, New Jersey

Very hip and modern place to grab a small healthy snack whether it's a fruit bowl or a particular toast with toppings. Plenty of bar stool seating with one area hosting leather couches. Ordered the bravado toast which was very tasty with egg whites, tomato basil paste and avocado. The screen machine left nothing to be desired. It was pretty bland, wouldn't order it again but the other selections they have are enough to come back to try to see how good they are. All options are pretty healthy and customizable. Prices are pretty decent based on ingredients used and crowd they are attracting. read more

Got a Bermuda bowl and the fruit used were not fresh. They need to know not to use old fruit. Won't be going back here. Highly disappointed

Service was great! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They practice social distancing and all the staff were wearing mask. The fruit was fresh, I rate the overall bowl a 3.5/5. read more

Frutta Bowls is a great stop for a healthy snack or meal. A large selection of bowl types, topping selections, drinks, and toasts means that there is something for everybody. The customizable nature of the menu also means that you can order everything you want and exclude anything that you do not fancy. The restaurant is small, but hosts a clean, well-decorated interior. Inside, you can find a multitude of seating options, as well as games to occupy you while you wait for your order or eat. The one notable downside of Frutta Bowls is the price. Though its prices are comparable to other similar restaurants, it is certainly still on the pricier side. However, good, high-quality food and kind, quick service really help to justify the price. Come give this place a try when you are craving something on the healthier side, but still want something tasty! read more

I love this place! The staff are friendly and fast. The fruit always taste fresh but the only thing that sucks is the portion size. I feel like for $12 they should give you a little more product. read more

Just had dinner at Frutta Bowls! Customer service was excellent and my meal was delicious. I got the.Bees Knees toast- yummy! The Bermuda bowl was excellent. The fruit was so fresh. The service was also wonderful. Highly recommend it. read more

Slow service, for fruit in a bowl. One would think they were waiting for the harvest. The worse is the customer service, no acknowledgment of the slow service, instead the "owner"as she self proclaimed found having conversations with her employees more pertinent. Do betta, Frutta. read more

I absolutely love Frutta Bowls. But what I love more is the service I receive, especially from Debbie. Debbie is very attentive & kind all at once. And that will be the main reason I keep coming. Love, Jason. read more

First off, the açaí is always either frozen or liquid. Second, the girl making my bowl dropped the lid on the FLOOR then picked it up and put it right back on top of the fruit, EW?! Not worth your money. read more

The Ewing location is the worst ever! Do not waste your time or money on this place. First off when calling them at 609-538-5312 the phone is never answered and there's a message stating that they cannot come to the phone at the moment. This continued for 30 mins of trying to continuously call this location. Then when we received our bowls (we order from door dash they were awesome) our bowls we ordered were incorrect, the amount of fruit in them was laughable, the granola we ordered was substituted for oats and the bananas in the one bowl were decaying and rotten with dark spots on them. (See photos) Also when this location finally called us back after we sent an email the person I spoke to was very rude and said that there is nothing he could do about the phones and that their fruit is fresh daily. Compared to the Robbinsville location - which is amazing gives you tons of fresh luscious fruits, super friendly, amazing customer service, will fix your order if needed, let's you sample the base bowls so you know what you like... etc this Ewing Frutta Bowls was one of the worst experiences of my life and a total let down and waste of money. I would not eat at the Ewing location ever in my life again! read more

I would have to rate this specific Frutta Bowls in campus town a 3/5 stars because in my opinion any staff who deals with food in this time of the pandemic should wear a mask. Although the option was given to not wear a mask it is disappointing to see people not wear a mask especially as a studying health inspector/nutritionist. read more

There plant based protein balls are delicious it's my favorite treat. The inside is charming, similar to a hipster coffee shop. High top tables, sofa with an encouraging 2 player game on the table, and hand painted wall décor full of Frutta bowls main ingredients. It's a nice place to get something fruit, or plant based. The service is excellent. Try the banana toast too! read more

I don't come here much but normally when I do the encounters are pleasant, needless to say I will NOT be returning after my unpleasant encounter with Debbie. She was, ignorant, rude & clearly frustrated and all this was prior to me ordering. "What can I get you?" Was how I was greeted, huh? That's not the way a "professional" should be addressing a customer. As I'm making up my mind about what I want to order, she turns to her employee/coworker and states "why do ppl come into stores and don't know what they want?" I'm more upset with myself for not walking out and actually giving this establishment my money. I'm just one customer, so I'm sure the owners doesn't care if I return or not. However, I've told several coworkers, classmates, and family members not to return. I realize(ed) when people are this rude, the root of the problem is personal...within themselves. Debbie my advice to you is to enroll in a customers service class, actually, attend one that's offered through Chick-fil-A. If you treat customers this way, I hate to see how your staff is managed and spoken to. People like you is exactly why this world is the way it is. read more

This place is the bomb! Staff is all very friendly and the service is always super quick. If there's a line, of course you should expect a wait, but I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for a bowl.
