I ordered a two sandwiches and a smoothie this afternoon and service and along with the food and smoothie were not good. The girl who took my order was nice but the person who did the sandwiches just threw my order on the counter and left me standing there without telling me anything. Also the food was not good and nor was it warm or hot. The avocolado I bought tasted like straight sugar. Maybe these are summer workers. I don't know. I have been here a few times since I live on the island. I really do enjoy their smoothies. I usually get the Sunrise Sunset (strawberries, pineapple, mango and orange juice). It's always the right consistency -- not too watery or too frozen. I have gotten their baha chicken bowl that has rice, salad, beans, sweet onions, cheese, and guac. It's not bad but I wish it was more filling for its price. I also wish their prices weren't so high so I only go here once in a while for a nice smoothie when I'm craving it. read more

Let me start off by saying their food and smoothies are amazing. Today I decided to order breakfast online for my better half for Father's Day. He's never tried Tropical Smoothie cafe and he's also not a meat eater. I ordered his wrap with no meat and of course what did we receive??.....chicken all on the wrap! Didn't realize it until I was already home. A little disappointed, luckily I ordered a peanut butter, granola flatbread as a snack for later, so he's was able to eat that instead. Bottom line is always check your wraps before you leave the store, especially if you made special requests to your order. read more
