The food... FIRE. The smoothies... FIRE. The service... ehhhhh... Most of the time it takes quiteeee a while to get just a smoothie and a wrap. A lot of times the employees are just sitting around on their phones while I'm waiting. DEFINITELY recommend ordering online and picking up. Also this has nothing to do with anything... but the sink water is always running and it makes me want to jump over the counter and turn it off for them... like their water bill must be through the ROOF. Awwwwful customer service, I should have turned right back around when I walked in and saw the mess behind the counter. The 2 workers were gabbing with a girl they knew with zero sense of urgency to make smoothies for the 3 other customers and myself waiting patiently for our orders. I had to wave to get their attention and ask them to blend my smoothie that was sitting in front of them ready to be blended while they yakked away. I ended up not even drinking my smoothie and wasted my money after seeing the gross mess behind the counter and not trusting their cleanliness, plus I reeked of an ashtray when I left as the whole store smelled like cigarettes. My son and I have been by twice in the passed two days and they have all of the lights dimmed and the open sign off during open hours. Called to place an order for pick-up was on hold for 10mins, as I'm driving there. Still on hold I enter the store & notice the open sign was off and the inside was very dim(seeming they were closed). The store was empty w/2 employees, one acting as she forgot she placed someone on hold* & another hiding peeking around the back.*As she comes on the third call to make the smoothies she giggles in the back as she rolls her eyes. It's a shame the service is almost always slow. Poorly managed, prepping food in the dining room, expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes for a food order, and friendly employees are rare. Menu prices don't match what you are charged on some item either. @TSmoothie I did email my concerns at the same time as this review. There has been no response. read more

The food was just as good as any other tropical Smoothie I've ate at, but the customer service was pathetic. I wasn't even greeted when I came in the door. People that work in the service need to understand you need to at least acknowledge your customer when they arrive. Without customers you wouldn't have a job. read more

My friend and I both got a smoothie and sandwich. Our smoothies were made quickly but we had waited 30 minutes for our food already when an employee came to tell us they didn't have lettuce. I said that's okay we don't have to have lettuce on our sandwiches. Still, a few minutes later another employee came to tell us they didn't have lettuce and she was going to go to Walmart to get some. Again I said that's okay we don't need lettuce. About five minutes later she brought my friend's sandwich, but said they didn't have the recipe for mine so she had to figure out how to make it. Finally, they brought my sandwich out. The entire time one employee was loudly complaining that she was tired and she hated her job. She was cussing too which is inappropriate in my opinion. I love their food and smoothies but I'm so tired of a manager never being on duty. Today these kids couldn't stop laughing long enough to take my order. Then they loudly discussed whatever sport while this couple was trying to get their order. I think they need more supervision. We were threatened upon leaving because I had to verbally remind the guys behind the counter they were, in fact, at work. Walked in the place smelled really bad like trash and the employees were laughing so loud. They didn't ask if I needed help. I ordered the watermelon mojito and they said "oh we outta mint" I said it's fine. They got my drink to me fast but they still stood there and talked among themselves. The drink was done and she handed it to me, I said thank you and she walked back to the other girls to chat. Need less to say none of them were doing their job and it smelt like they hadn't cleaned. The parking here is a nightmare. Very small and squeezed in. We went in at a good time as there wasn't too many people in line. The place was clean The woman that took out order was friendly and worked fast and efficiently. My acai smoothie was good and I had a nice amount of the add-ons I requested. To the ladies behind the counter: we are so sorry to interfere with free time. Most awkward experience I have had in a long time. I hope it was just an "off" day. Bland smoothies, slower than slow service, and flatbread sandwiches which weren't; I should have taken a picture in the car, but too busy trying to manage the sandwich innards and wiping everything because food was all over the outside wrapping as well. Manager is is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He refused to refund me money when I ordered one smoothie and not 2. He over charged me ($1.59) for EXTRA ginger and DIDN'T PUT ANY ginger in my smoothie. When I showed him the receipt, he ignored me and started helping ANOTHER CUSTOMER. My total was $12.59 but I only ordered ONE SMOOTHIE THAT WAS $4.99. I had to sit there and call my bank to reverse the funds. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN. Very rude and unprofessional. My third visit today at 2:00 PM and my last. Service was poor and conditions of food preparations were scary. I ordered a Thai Chicken Bowl. There was no greeting from any of the five workers, even the cashier who took my order. Wait time was acceptable. I stepped back to the cash register to order a smoothie. There was no cashier initially, but then the same one who rang me up for my bowl appeared and he was eating something. His mouth was so full, he was struggling to chew. He looked at me and I gave him my smoothie order. He had to chew a few seconds to ask me a question about the type of protein powder. There was no greeting, no thank you, no your order should be ready in a few minutes. Only, "do you want your receipt". After I stepped aside waiting for my smoothie, I noticed that another worker was helping the cashier with change and with opening a roll of coins for the cash register. He had on plastic gloves and they were dripping with whatever he had been handling. He helped the cashier with a roll of coins and then returned to preparing food. I worked in banking for a number of years and know how dirty money handling is. I was appalled to observe him not change his gloves. Then I began watching more of the workers. A girl with very long hair was preparing most of the food and her hair was in a ponytail but not secured in any way. I am surprised I did not have a hair in my bowl. A top to the smoothie blender fell in the floor. It was not taken to the sink, but replaced on the counter. More people began to enter and none were greeted. When I picked up my smoothie, there was no thank you. The conditions of the food preparation were sloppy. The restaurant had trash on the floor and tables. There was no service. The worst customer service and food experience I have encountered in some time. read more
