Smoothie was ok but not worth the price at all. I also forgot my water at home and they charged for a water cup (legal but tacky). Employees were very unhappy and complained about having to share tips with other shifts and getting paid under minimum wage (all legal when a business owner has under a certain number of employees)- still just not a good vibe. This place is always hit or miss, either really good or just ok. The staff never seems like they want to be there. I was greeted when I walked in but no one took my order for 2-3 minutes. I tried their new Strawberry Hibiscus smoothie, very good but tart, I'd add something else next time to offset the tartness. I also got the Baja Chicken wrap and it was delicious. They were pretty slow, missing half of our items and not very friendly servers. 12 minutes after our order they came to tell us they were out of a couple sides we ordered. No refund offered even though I paid extra to upgrade my sides and had to order the free ones instead. The food was ok. They seemed rushed and disorganized. Left pretty stressed and late for my movies. They asked to see our receipt to complete our order and never returned it to us. Don't think I'll be coming back. I am so happy that I found this Tropical smoothie location not only do they have smoothies but they also have delicious food from salads to wraps & sandwiches I I guarantee you that they have some thing that'll satisfy most individuals appetites , everything was so flavorful and fresh very tasty. In fact I've gone back on three occasion's all within a week span. I was suggest trying the Cajun shrimp wrap it's bursting with flavors and has tomatoes green onions cheddar cheese and lettuce and rice; the shrimp a seasoned very well with a nice Cajun Creole sauce. This is a great spot for a quick and healthy option. I was able to get through the drive thru quickly and staff was nice. I enjoyed the chicken pesto flatbread very much and can see why that is a popular choice. I can't have very much sugar so I went with the green detox drink which although not sweet, it was tasty; I loved the ginger flavor in it. I've ordered from here twice, and both times were via DoorDash. They have always followed specific instructions to omit certain ingredients from my selected meals. I ordered the quesadillas and chicken pesto flatbread both times. Their corn side is so good too. Definitely worth adding the extra fee for it. I've tried the jetty junior smoothie, and it was okay. The second time, I ordered their featured Cranberry Truffle fruit blend smoothie. THE BEST smoothie I've tried in a while. I also really like their strawberry edible straw. The Açaí bowls are my favorite! They are filled to the rim with strawberries, blueberries, bananas, coconut, and sprinkled with chi seeds and honey!! The smoothies are huge and they have such a variety of flavors. They also serve food if you're craving more than a drink. read more

They only have smoothies for beverages - no soda fountain options, so head around the corner for a dollar large soda from McDonald's. Found this smoothie shop online and saw there was great reviews. Was excited to try a good healthy smoothie after being on the road for 4 hours. Came in and saw the menu and picked the avocalada, asked if it's made with any dairy and was told no, there is only the ingredient listed and ice and water. I also ordered the detox one and noticed that it tasted less sweet. When I asked why mine tasted sweeter they told me they add sugar to it. I said I actually can't have sugar, can you please replace this without sugar? They stated no they could not replace it for free, only if I paid again. The staff started to laugh at me and bully me stating the owner would be mad if they gave a free drink out. I stated it's not a free drink, I can't drink the one that was made for me. I already paid for the smoothie I thought I was getting, I also tipped over 25% and was very generous with the staff. The staff were rude and smiling and laughing in my face, stating your not getting a free drink, look at the FINE print on the menu. Noone can read the fine print. It's unacceptable to put a large amount of sugar into a healthy smoothie in the smallest font possible. If your going to mentioned calories , sugar needs to be mentioned as well, 1/4 cup of sugar is alot, it is not healthy with that much sugar. I couldn't see what it said. He had to tell me it says all drinks are made with sugar 1/4 cup of sugar... this is a lot of sugar and I couldn't drink that much. If I knew I wouldn't have ordered it. The manager asked the owner and the owner made it right and they remade my drink which tasted good with the Splenda option, but they forgot to add the pea protein addition. I just wanted to get out of there, it was a horrible experience, I was shaking and very upset by the behavior of the staff there. If I were the owner I wouldn't want these kids representing my business this way. Very unprofessional and disrespectful the way they were speaking. Low star rating based on staff interaction, actual product is tasty and deserves 1 star, would be more stars if the detox drink tasted like it had all the Ingredients (no ginger or pineapple tasted) Update: drank a few sips of the new smoothie and started to feel dizzy and nauseous which is how I get with real sugar. Great place for a quick healthy bite. I like the Detox smoothie. They have a nice selection of wrap sandwiches too. If you order a meal you get 3 or 4 dollars off of your Juice/ smoothie. Don't. Waste. Your. Time. From the time I pulled into the drive-through to when I placed my order - 33 minutes. From the time I placed my order until I drove away with my order - an additional 28 minutes. Over one hour. This is ridiculous. At the window, I was careful to be very polite. I explained that it was one hour since I pulled in and asked if they were short staffed. The employee said no, they were training and it was slowing everything down. Training at lunch time on a Saturday? Very sketchy management practice. I know I will never go back, and I suspect that many of us who spent one hour or more in line today, will not go back either. Food is yummy, but price is super unreasonable, especially for the food being snack sized. Also, I had visited the drive thru yesterday and it took absolutely forever to not only place my order but to also receive it. Staff could have done better by at least letting me know why there was such a long wait. I was the first one in line and the line continued to grow behind me after a 15 minute wait at the drive-thru menu. Other than the original greeting "I'll be right with you to take your order", no one said anything after a while as far as "sorry for the wait, but we'll be right with you". Nothing but silence. It took a little over 15 minutes for someone to take my order which is odd for a drive-thru. This is our first time trying this out as an online takeout order. We really loved our food. My husband got the Jerk Chicken Wrap. The chicken and veggies were all good.
