Went yesterday to pick up a party pack my daughter ordered a day in advance. As we walked in we were welcomed by Cindy who was working the counter. She was extremely efficient, personable and attentive. Not only did she ensure we had the pre-order, she happily took our lunch orders to include three Medium flavor of the month, "Orange Dream" eegee's, sold me a coupon book, loaded a gift card and ensured my rewards were added. Cindy always makes an effort to give excellent customer service. You have a jewel there within your Staff. Even the prep Staff were the greatest too. Fast, efficient and friendly. Eegee's now has breakfast and I was excited to try. Our family loves Eegee's for a quick bite and cool down so I was definitely curious about their new offerings. I ordered the classic breakfast burrito with sausage and the brioche sandwich with ham. Both were well prepared, hot, and fresh. The sausage wasn't my favorite flavor nor was the salsa that came with the burrito. But the breakfast sandwich was yummy and overall it was a good quick breakfast and affordable for the family. I say Eegee's is giving good competition to the other quick breakfast places and you should check it out. I'm definitely going to try the other breakfast options. Be aware of this location, they constantly get orders wrong and do little if anything to remedy. This is the 4th time I've had an order issue. I ordered a small and medium eegee along with a whole turkey and provolone sandwich with pickles on half. Paid for my order and waited for the take out. Once I got to my car I noticed they only gave me half a sandwich so I went back in for the other half that I ordered. The person that took my order didn't take accountability and proceeded to tell me that "they" only charged me half and that I needed to pay for the rest. lol. Unacceptable, what if I didn't QC their own work and I got all the ay home and found out I didn't get what I expected, would they have told me to come back in and pay? Do better Eegee's. This location is really nice, clean, and still looks new. Tried the pizza pretzel for the first time, and it was delish...also ordered a meatball sub with extra provolone for my husband, and they initially forgot the cheese. The staff were nice enough to make the correct order without any issues. Overall, I am satisfied with this Eegee's location. read more

Not what I remember. I am a Tucson native, relocated to the Phoenix area. We were "home" for the weekend and wanted some of the food we loved. It's just not the same. You used to get one cup of ranch with a full size item, now they charge for every ranch. The bread sucks. And the eegee's don't taste the same. It's just not as good. read more

Eegee's has always been a favorite sub place of mine. I always get my usual Grinder with no onions. The outside of the place is visually clean and appealing. I'm always glad that I can see if there's a line in the drive thru before I even think of going there because the line can get very long and the wait time is no fun in the desert. Cleanliness inside is a different story. It feels like the staff is either too busy in the back making the food and that there's not enough staff to go out to the dining area and clean regularly and often. I went to get some dinner with my little one yesterday. There were possibly two clean tables. The rest were dirty--crumbs and drink rings everywhere. There was a table that had a big slice of salami and a mound of lettuce on the floor. The restroom was especially scary. There was no cleaning log on the door to show that any staff had cleaned it since it was open that day. I could tell nobody was checking because there was paper towels on the floor and disgusting smears and droplets of fecal matter around the toilet paper dispenser. Thank God my daughter didn't need to go to the restroom. I'd refuse for her to go in there and drive her to Walmart nearby. They have cleaner restrooms! My sandwich was amazing, as always. Tasted great! But the usually hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked fries were lukewarm and overdone. They were too brown and too crunchy. I was so sad about that because their fries are what my daughter absolutely loves every time we get drive thru from here. But this time, the both of us were very underwhelmed. I'm hoping this in-store visit was just a once-in-a-lifetime slip up and that this is not how this store is on a daily basis. If so, I may need to find a cleaner, different location a little further from home. read more

I am torn because the order was wrong but to my benefit. I am unhappy because they did not provide a small fry that was ordered and did not provide all of the side sauces that I ordered. I am happy because they gave me a full grinder I did not order so I'm not sure how I feel. It would be great if people could just read the order and give the customer what they ask for, but I also understand COVID, you know, made a whole generation unable to spell so.. My concern is the loss of revenue for the people who really want what they ordered combined with the employees just giving away $9 sandwiches because they can't make out the words... Have always loved the veggie grinder but wish they would switch back to chopped tomatoes instead of soggy slices and shredded carrots instead of cucumber. The cucumber messes up the texture and just doesn't mix as well as the carrots. read more

This place is consistently horrible. I mean it is eegees so my expectations are pretty low, other than the flavored eegees themselves the food is all around trash. If you do make the mistake of ordering food you have about a 1 in 5 chance that your order will be correct and zero chance of it looking appealing. Today's kids ham sandwich pictured below...... yep that is a dismal attempt at chicken nuggets with a full order of about ten fries ( not what I ordered, nor what my kid wanted). For fast food, eegee's is not a bad choice. We went during the COVID-19 pandemic and ordered 2 sandwiches, an order of ranch fries to share, and of course eegees! The eegees are always tasty, there are some monthly flavors I like more than others but I always enjoy the year-round flavors. The pastrami grinder was delicious, no complaints. The meatball sandwich only had meatballs, no sauce or cheese and was incredibly dry and not a lot of flavor. The ranch fries are one of our favorite snacks- this location always puts the perfect amount of sauce- not too much that they're drowning but not so little you're scrounging for it. Overall, it's a good fast food place. We will be back, but I guess we will need to clarify we don't want just meatballs on the sandwich and want the other normal toppings too. read more

Let me start by saying we are regulars at Eegees. We have eaten there at least once every 2 weeks for the past 18 years, with that being said the location on Old Vail road is ruining Eegees for me. The orders are routinely wrong. Tonight was the final straw though. We ordered 3 sandwhiches, all of them were made on stale day old bread. The bread was so dry and thick that none of us could finish the sandwhiches. The frys we burnt and tasted like old oil! Please do something about this location. I want to continue my love of eegees but this location is doing its best to ruin it. I decided to give it yet another try tonight and am again disappointed. Overall, the new menu and sizes are disappointing (not any location's fault - that's a leadership decision and a bad one imho). Portions are way smaller and prices are way higher. Came in at 7:45 ordered ranch fries crispy - they were undercooked; a half meatball sub - just gross we pulled out a burnt scraped from the bottom glob; and a kids tender meal - which was fine outside of undercooked fries. When I was paying I said I will come back up and order a sub to go. No mention we close at 8 (I would've just gone ahead and ordered) came up at 8:05 to order and was told by the same guy we are closed and can't take your order....you can go wait in that (long) line in the drive thru. I said really, you didn't mention it when I mentioned my plan 20 minutes ago....no sorry no I can walk to the drive thru cash register behind me to place your order just go wait in line or go without. Something has happened to the Eegee's quality. My Eegee's Fizz lacked the fizz and was full of lemon seeds at the bottom of the drink. My husband's Tea-Eegee's lacked the tea flavor and the Eegee's slushy consistency. Disappointed after waiting in the drive through line for 25 minutes.
