My niece put me onto this place. The parking lot in this strip mall is very very busy. The store is bright open and clean and the people who service you are very nice. I usually to get the açai bowl and customize it with pineapples, mangoes coconut And it's very delicious. You can order from the app if you like and pick up and they have a reward system. Not an extensive food menu, I usually get a wrap or chicken quesadillas just for a snack while I sip my smoothie. The smoothies are to die for they are very fulfilling and they have a great taste. They do have some seating available if you would like to sit on and enjoy your smoothie I usually choose to take mines to go, but it's very clean inside this location. The service is amazing. All of the staff is friendly and it's a younger crowd. No long lines, they get you in and out. Make sure yall TIP them!!! read more

I do not know who is the manager or who is in charge- but this place is the absolute worst! No one is ever working, people are standing around, or there is a lack of staff. If you place an order online, they do not get to it, and you have to wait at least 20 minutes or More for a frickin smoothie. Its close to home so I was excited when they opened, now its just a mess. I stood in front of the cashier to give my order for maybe 5 mins while there was 3-4 working that kept glancing at me and two of them asking each other who is going to take my order... on top of that I got my smoothie and it was more ice than anything. Terrible customer service at this place.. I don't know if they have a manager but the manager needs to get the team together and retrain or fire the staff because the attitude problems in that place is unacceptable for a business. I asked once nicely for them to remake a smoothie because it didn't taste right to me, i even politely offered to pay for another smoothie due to the inconvenience of me asking for a remake & the lady making the smoothie just huffed and puff as if she hates her job or something, don't even get me started on how long it takes for any of them to take your order in that location.. you're going to be waiting a cool 5-10+ minutes for someone to "take over the register" for some reason all of them in there are not trained to work the register which is very disappointing for a small location of maybe 6-10 working staff at all times. This location is in need of a complete new owner or manager that cares. The smoothies all you taste is just water and ice no true fruit flavors or nothing. The franchise was recommended by a friend who has one in her area. Maybe I simply ordered the wrong thing. If you'd like give it a whirl... I could buy bags of fruit and make my own for the price. So far it seems good. I got the pesto chicken sandwich and avocado smoothie. It comes as a combo (if you want to make it that) with your choice of potato chips. The sandwich was tasty, although better preparation could've gone into it. The smoothie was good. I wonder if the smoothie is made with natural ingredients? The ordering process is easy as you place it online to pick up. You cannot go in to pick it up, they will ask you for your name and bring you your order as to maintain social distancing. It's really good to have a healthier option out of all the fast food places adjacent, beside the Chipotle. I hope to see more added in this area. read more

I placed an online order for delivery. Received an email acknowledging the order. Even indicated the name of the delivery person. Then About 45 minutes later, received an email indicating the order had been cancelled--with no explanation. Yet, the charge appears on my credit card. Called the listed number and it's an answering machine. (The message is an old message indicating that the store will open on March 13!!!). Left two messages, but no call back. This location has TERIBBLE customer service. I had to ask an employee if I could place my order because I had been in the store for 5 minutes and still hadn't been greeted. After waiting for 10 mins, they got my order incorrect and had to wait an additional 5 minutes for another smoothie. They are standing around on their phones and drinking their own beverages. Horrible customer service. Stood at the front desk for a solid 5 minutes While being the only person in line. One person making drinks and there were two others just standing there facing me. One of them finally walked to the register and once I said what I wanted he said "oh you're placing an order" and walked away. Another minute or two went by and another person finally took my order. Went there today, there were so many good, HEALTHIER options to choose from. Did an online order that was ready to pick up when I arrived. The chipotle Mayo on the Chicken club is delicious.
