He didn't even paint my full nail, are different shapes, and my thumb is scuffed in my left hand, and bumpy. My little sister and mom got theirs done too. The same guy who did my mom's nails glued the fake tip nail on here finger and told him that he was hurting her. He tried to pull the nail off her finger with nothing to help. My little sister got hers done and found a hair in hers. I called when I got home and let them know about everything and asked for a refund and the hung up on me. I don't recommend them at all.

I tried the ultra nails in Greensburg and they looked nice but I paid 80$ for nails which I believe to be outrageous. I tried this ultra nails in Latrobe and lemme tell you he really did a nice job! The reception staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My facial with Shanon was truly an hour of bliss. She included a face, scalp, and hand massage, along with a paraffin wax treatment, and all of the products smelled amazing while being incredibly gentle on my highly sensitive skin. I especially appreciated how she explained each step of the process along the way. I also tried a lash tint and lift, which was quicker and far less fuss than others I've had that tend to drag on and feel like a nuisance to get through.
