The seating area is typical for the local joints, with an open wall to the street, and grill exposed for the visitors. No fancy decorations needed, nor beyond basic wooden chairs and tables, because we are here for enjoying the most flavorful and tasty meat. My favorite is taco rasurado, a rib meat chopped into a flour or corn taco as you wish. I can assure any of the other variants are most tasty, too, such as the pastor and carne asada. In the middle of the area, you'll find toppings such as chile and avocado sauces, limes, etc. There is also charro-style frijoles, with a fantastic flavor.
