I went for my first appointment with my easy dog (I have 3 in total) and it was an amazing experience. The vet tech Shea was so good with her and my dog didn't want to leave. A few weeks later I went with one of my nervous boys and they were so good and patient with him as well. I am thrilled to have found a vet clinic where my dogs are comfortable and happy. Are they cheap? No but really very few places are these days. They are cheaper than where I was going and while options were discussed for blood work etc nothing was forced on me and I wasn't made to feel guilty about saying no like I was at previous places.

Then try's to sell me tests to check for there mistake they made.My dog can no longer go on walks. This place Refuses to even admit their mistake. Had to get the info outta a person working the front desk. My dog also had a lump on his back I was told not to worry about, its normal for his age. Can be removed if i like, but once again nothing to worry about. After going to my NEW vet, its very serious and life threatening. all vets have the ability to make mistakes. BUT one this serious? I asked for something and they just brush it off like its nothing! I have gone to this place for 11 years, even brought my new pup there. I now wouldn't trust this place with a mouse. Considering I asked to stay during tested and they refused and now my dogs injured. I will not stop til this place admit what they did publicly, and compensates my dogs new health problems. ... not me. The vet did not go over my pets bloodwork when I picked him up and when I requested a print out of his blood work the vet refused to provide it and said they would email it. I had to call to get the records emailed, when they did, there was no explanation or inquiry as to how my pet was doing. When I asked for clarification on 2 acronyms on the report they wanted to charge me an additional fee of $85 after already spending $1000 (In my opinion results should have been discussed at the time of discharge). So, I do not recommend this clinic, the female vet and receptionist were very rude and uncaring. The male vet was more compassionate but it doesn't look like he is there anymore. (last visit was spring 2025).
