The homes are in poor condition, yet the rent prices are shockingly high. Every year they raise the rent without meaningful improvements or clear justification. You end up paying more and getting nothing in return.Communication is a nightmare!!!!! There is no local office to speak to someone face-to-face, which makes resolving issues extremely difficult.As a tenant, you feel unheard, unsupported, and completely unvalued. This company seems more focused on increasing prices than maintaining quality or caring about the people living in their homes.
