Overall, she went above and beyond in rectifying the situation and I can't wait to go in and do some shopping! One associate was texting behind a fixture near the stock room in the back of the store and she didn't look up as I walked by. I approached another associate to request help. She was friendly and seemed to be willing to help me find what I was looking for. I told I would go ahead and start trying things on in the fitting room while she was looking for the item I asked her about. Having spent many years working in retail myself, I expected the associate to come back with with the item in my size or to let me know that she couldn't find and offer an alternative option. She never came to the fitting room, so I came out and found her on the floor. She then told me that she didn't have my size. I decided not to make a purchase because of the poor customer service.
