Came back out and have a fair quote, but we ended up going with another contractor . Wanted to have Junior's company fix the interior damage instead, but he was not interested. At that point we were given a bill for $150 for every trip they made out to the house, including the first one before putting tarps on. Very unprofessional behavior and attitude once we decided to go with another company for the work.

I tried to get them out here because its only been 7months and they fixed 1 spot but refused to fix the rest they didnt sand and I have paint drips throught the house. The flooring is chipping already and in the kitchen they left nails down and its bubling up in the flooring. I reached out to the bank, the seller, our real-estate person and house doctors no one will help fix this and I am a disabled veteran with injuries and we tried calling, emailing and texting and the owner refuses to fix the lousy work his employees did !
