You will get a more beautiful arrangement at a more reasonable cost at a grocery store like Harris Teeter. I ordered two arrangements for a funeral for a very dear man and was so disappointed and embarrassed at what was sent to this grieving family. I asked for a refund and was denied because their website, like others, stated they may need to substitute with different but of equal value, depending on availability of certain flowers. You would expect this during certain times of the year and around holidays but for a florist not to have carnations, roses or sunflowers during this time of year is ludicrous. If grocery stores have them, a florist should have them as well. Even the container was substituted with a cheap flimsy basket. They advertise flowers, you expect to get what you pay for or something equivalent and at the very least an attempt to remedy a customer's valid complaint. It wasn't just one item or something simple, it was both arrangements and one of the containers. I paid over $100 for these flowers! The first two pics are what I paid for. The other pics are what the family received. The arrangements were not elaborate and contained common flowers that you expect a florist to have. The truck roses and carnations were omitted, not substituted and the sunflowers were smaller, cheaper ones with a cheap box and both arrangements contained excessive filler. There is no rhyme or reason to either one, flowers were just crammed into the containers. These items were not worth $100+ paid for them! Worst flowers I ever received and horrible customer service.

Wrong flowers, wrong colors, and most of all wrong vessel. I ordered a bouquet in a teacup shaped vase and it was delivered in a glass square vase. Contacted the company and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. They're just allowed to substitute whatever the hell they feel like and we just have to deal with it. I could have bought a better bunch of flowers at the grocery store for 1/3 the price. 0/10 Do not recommend.

If the lovely setting, colorful flowers and trees weren't welcoming enough, the employees are super friendly and helpful. It was early in the season, so not much produce, but flowers, shrubs, trees of all sorts of sizes and colors are in abundance! Tons of great garden supplies too. There's even a cute little ice cream building next to it that is landscaped so perfecly you'll want to sit back and relax for a while enjoying the cool treat and watch the cars go buzzing by.

My husband specifically requested this to be a surprise for Valentine's Day, yet I received multiple phone calls and a voicemail beforehand asking if someone would be available to accept the delivery. The flowers were being delivered to a place of business, which should have made that obvious from the address. While the product was excellent, the handling of the delivery took away from what was meant to be a special surprise. DO NOT ORDER from this company, they stole the name of this local flower company and deliver a really cheap flower arrangement. I paid over $70 for a Christmas Center Piece and they delivered a centerpiece that looked to be about $20 and said they had to substitute flowers because of flowers being out of season, which is part of their scam. You can see the flowers I ordered off the internet and what was actually delivered, super embarrassing. Also, when I tried to contact the company, I was on hold and then got disconnected, not surprised.
