This is just one example of the lack of service I along with my 18 year old daughter experienced with Mrs. Sordi. Shoot forward a few months and suddenly the new insurance takes 3 times the monthly charge in one swipe. If you tell a client " I'll call you in a few days" when they reach out to you and it turns into 6 days and $$ still not returned? The rates were great! No doubt. BUT when your clients rely on you for help and service and your communication is about as effective as making smoke signs using fire, ya you get it. Lastly, when the client ( ya me) tells you I no longer need your services, cancel my insurance and all you do is say okay and not even offer to try and fix the problem, well you feel like one the misfit toys. Oh ya, because I was forced to call my bank and report fraud charges and stop the payment, I found even better insurance through Costco. Ameriprise not only beat Mrs. Sordi , they actually communicate with you and call you back in the same hour!

I would have given A to Z a higher score but allow me to continue…read more.. First off, I moved here to Fresno from Medford, Oregon. I knew I wanted to go local so looked in the phone book and honestly, A to Z Insurance was at the top and not far from where I live -- so off to start the journey of insurance. Once there, I spoke with Shirley who was very nice and found me a nice price. And, probably not her fault at all but California/someone seems to require about 3 feet worth of paperwork which was frustrating. My arm literally was sore from signing so much stuff. Anyway, got my insurance and was quite happy. Fast forward to a few months ago and since I got another ticket I now have 2 points on my record thus losing my good driivng discount. So fair enough, my insurance went up to $140 from about $95 -- enough to cover my cell bill. I called A to Z and they acted very indignant that I wanted to switch. I told them in this economy I had no choice but honestly was happy with them and would go back come renewal as I will have only 1 point -- thus getting my good pricing. I felt I left with a sour taste because they were not that friendly when I left which is why I can't give them a 5. However, while with them -- they were always friendly, quick to make any changes, and all around great people -- just don't leave them!
