So I signed on to the DMV website and found my tags were due on 03/8/22 and to avoid the DMV long lines and frustrations local AAA branches are the way to go especially if you are a member. Since I am a member they waived the extra 10% fee they add to your charge I forget what it is called. Since I wasn't too sure I just used cash. Anywho, when I walked in I was greeted by an elderly man who asked what I was in for . I let him know to pay my DMV tags and he checked me in and informed me to wait in their waiting room. I waited for a few minutes . The waiting area was definitely quiet , clean and huge. A few minutes later my name was called and a lady helped me. I provided the necessary information for them to look up my information since I didn't have the DMV notice. My tags were about $391 this year but I am good to go for the rest of the year! Overall, I would recommend AAA whether you are a member or not you can pay your tags here and save yourself time and sanity! I would come to this location in a heart beat any day! All staff was friendly and polite and helpful.

If you tell a client " I'll call you in a few days" when they reach out to you and it turns into 6 days and $$ still not returned? The rates were great! No doubt. BUT when your clients rely on you for help and service and your communication is about as effective as making smoke signs using fire, ya you get it. Lastly, when the client ( ya me) tells you I no longer need your services, cancel my insurance and all you do is say okay and not even offer to try and fix the problem, well you feel like one the misfit toys. Oh ya, because I was forced to call my bank and report fraud charges and stop the payment, I found even better insurance through Costco. Because we have an open Home Owners claim, we cannot switch our Home Owners back to Allstate. We will be doing this as soon as we can. Unable to give more than one star because of the issue with communication. Due to the recent rains our roof had a leak. It has been 2 months and the process of getting Our ceiling and bathroom back together is still going on. The roof was fixed only after I had To call the roofing company and then the water mitigation company. No help from State Farm, no recommendations given, days before returning my call. Days before text message Answered. Our agent has asked for photos of the water damaged areas at least three times. Really? Hopefully this nightmare will end soon.

Our broker was asking us to apply for a new policy, and to fill out a ton of paperwork, and drive it across town. It seemed like a lot of effort on my part, and I really didn't know if I was getting a fair price or good coverage. So I called Alicia to see what she could tell me, only as a comparison. Alicia asked if I had 15 minutes to answer a few questions, and she input all of my information on the spot. She had specific recommendations about my coverage, and she clearly knew what she was doing. She even asked me random questions about our home and property, because when we bundled several things together, we got a lower rate- insuring more for less money. At the end of it, with Farmers Insurance and the policy that Alicia had put together, we would be saving a good amount of money. The day after I called her, I was signing papers in her office for our coverage- and it was anything but difficult on my end. She offered me a cappuccino, and had a place for my kids to preoccupy themselves (art, stuffed animals, a doll house!) while I was there. I didn't wait at all, and Alicia and her team made it a seamless and fun experience. I could tell her employees enjoyed working for her, which confirmed what I had thought about her character. She took my mess of a situation and took care of everything we needed. She made my life so much easier, simply because she is thorough, and excellent at what she does. And she is super friendly and fun to be around, which is huge. She also told me that I could text her and reach her anytime, that was the benefit of having a personal agent. Well, we put that to the test last weekend when our car was broken into after a Giants game. I texted her at 10pm, and she got back to me right away, even helped walk me through setting up an appointment online with a repair service. She told me if I couldn't get an appt soon, to let her know because there was a local place she'd worked with that may be able to get me in. She checked in with me about it, and when I told her I couldnt get an appointment, she called the local glass repair shop, gave them all my information, and all I had to do was call them to confirm the date and time I preferred. I told my husband she is a boss- she multitasks, and gets the job done thoroughly and efficiently. And I tell Alicia that she is in the business of making my life easier! I would absolutely recommend Alicia to anyone who wants a smart, thorough, caring, genuine person as their insurance agent, to make that aspect of your life much easier and pleasant.
