I'm not a customer, a neighbor is, and while on a service call, this tech bypassed the correct driveway, went down ours, passed another sign with our house number and proceeded to pull up to our house and take the panel off our generator power supply. - Did he confirm the address? No - Did he go to the front door to identify himself and the work he was there for? No - Did he put everything back once he realized his mistake? HELL NO - Did he tell his company and my neighbor what happened? Yes - Did he admit he left the panels off the box? No, he told everyone he "thought" he put them back. Pro tip Sparky, unless you have a license to think, MAKE DAMN SURE you put them back. The terms "violation" "trespassing" and "breaking & entering" come to mind. We've been having thunderstorms all day, I'd hate to think what would happen with a lightning strike, probably lose my whole home. The phrase "don't come near my property or do it AYOR" comes to mind. In calling the office, we got apologies and excuses. You know what, stop after apologies and you're better off. Don't contact us again. 0/10 recommended, if I could give zero stars, I would.

I walked into this place, and asked, "Any chance you can install a generator tomorrow?" The rep said that installs were being booked out 3-8 weeks in advance -- but then he stopped himself. He realized that the wait had to do with a specific circumstance that only applies when the power grid is working. When the grid it out, they can work much faster. He made some calls and told me that I was in luck. I couldn't believe it. The next morning, I was holding my breath expecting the plan to fall apart; but the guys showed up, worked all day, and got the generator on by 8:30 PM. The guys were amazing: polite, diligent workers, and the install is super clean and works just like it is supposed to. The sales rep helped to identify a discount that I qualified for and helped to get me a zero-interest 6-month payment plan. Now, as you know, generators aren't cheap; but I chatted with AI, and it told me that I was getting a good price -- it also told me that I would likely get a discount on my home insurance, and also likely get a 3% bump in my home price when I sell the house -- which would pay for the generator in the end. So, it was a no-brainer for me. My only complaint was that the arrival communication on the morning of the install was poor and that I could have been given a walkthrough about how to sync the unit up with my wifi by the guys. But they were exhausted after a 12 hour day working non-stop and so I'll give them some slack. Apart from those two points, these guys are my heroes. Highly recommend!

I called for an after-hours weekend HVAC issue and was quoted $140 for the service visit and $210/hour. The technician was at my home for less than an hour, but I was charged $770 due to a three-hour minimum that was never disclosed when I authorized the service. Had I known about the minimum, I would not have agreed to the call. After more than a decade as a customer, I'm extremely disappointed to feel this pricing was not transparent. I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you use this company for emergency service, I strongly recommend confirming all minimum charges and total potential costs before authorizing the visit. Update: Unfortunately, my concerns have only continued. The invoices were not provided until I requested them five days later. I have now had three separate conversations attempting to resolve the issue and was told a billing error occurred and I had been charged plumbing rates. The information provided in each conversation has been inconsistent and, at times, misleading. The original fees I was quoted were repeated to me, yet the charges and explanation continued to change. It appears that Brandon, Barry, and Sabrina each have different information regarding rates, minimum charges, and how this matter should be resolved. As of 8/14/26, this issue remains unresolved. After more than 10 years as a customer, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency, consistency, and accountability throughout this process. I would strongly recommend considering another company, particularly for emergency service, where clear pricing and communication are especially important.

The $71 part at Home Depot cost me $127 plus the $120/hr time to go and get the part. If it was a part in inventory, on his truck I could understand. Worth it so I could save the time. To crank me up for nearly twice the cost PLUS the time to get the part you didn't have seems excessive. Even a 1.1 multiple or 1.2 multiple would be a bit more fair. You're not even floating the cost of the part. You immediately get your money back when you charge me. Nice tech, showed up when they said. I'm feeling taken advantage of and I don't like the feeling.
