He was thorough in making sure everything was connected properly. We enjoyed the ride to the Ford dealer, he made sure both our rv and truck were offload safely. AAA contacted Washakie Garage & Auto Salvage and the owner, Bill, promptly came to our rescue in the 95 degree heat. Bill made this entire experience as pleasant as it could possibly be given the circumstances. We appreciated the cool refuge of his garage where we could make repair arrangements, transfer our gear, and stay cool with ice cold Mountain Dew. We appreciated Bill's wife driving my daughter and I to the only car rental location in Worland - Hertz, so we could pick up a rental vehicle. Bill hauled our VW Eurovan to Metric Wrench in Billings Montana, about a 6 hour round trip, for the required repair so we could continue on to our ultimate destination in Minnesota. We picked up our repaired Eurovan in Billings on our way home to Seattle. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Got a windshield done on my 67 cutlass supreme and they scratched up…read morethe inside real good in one spot and when I noticed and pointed it out to the "owner" his reply was oh well it's an old car...like really that makes it ok to scratch I Said...and well he lost it and started complaining about the hole he fixed for me...and that he wishes the old window would of broke ( I asked them to save if possible) they did save it. I couldn't believe how I was being treated..I was so frustrated I left and once home did further inspection of of new window and the work because of the crap I dealt with the inside being scratched up ..and well yup they scratched the shit out my paint around wipers blades..they obviously didn't know what they were doing or how to remove them properly...so yeah her I sit writing this review with a scratched up classic... really wishing I had gone else were!
