Her name is Shannon Miller and I believe her experience raising two children and knowledge from being a school bus driver makes her an expert. Yes, Shannon had the skills, knowledge, patience, and fortitude to train new drivers, but how would she cope with a grunting teenager who might answer direct questions with a should shrug or monosyllabic responses? Perhaps she has magical fairy dust because each and every time my son returned from his driving lesson, he chattered on and on about the things he learned and the conversations they had. It was music to my ears! Shannon was able to turn my caveman son into a talkative and enthusiastic conversationalist. My son was my second child to go through Always First Driving Academy.
