This time I called him because of a leak I have in my RV where things have gotten damaged, he came and we agreed on the repair and he asked me for money for the materials of $560 which I zelled to him on 11/2/2025. On 11/5/2925 he texted me that he forgot to calculate the taxes and asked me to send him another $40 so now he has a total of $600 of my money and no work has been done. I have to be on top of him texting him about when will he start the job but the communication on his end has been terrible. He has given me 2 dates that he will pass by and doesn't pass by or even much sends a text to keep me posted. After sending him a message about a refund he showed up to just spray bleach for the mold and has not been back or sent messages. The excuses has been either he's in the hospital or his wife is. Last message I sent him was on 11/26/2025, he read the message and didn't bother to answer me. In the meantime it's been raining and my rv is suffering more damage. It is now 12/1/2025 No work has been started and no signs of any materials or my money. I wish there was an option for zero stars!

Started with James and Lino the techs there and while dropping it off they gave me tips and pointers immediately about my jetski with friendly Seadoo Spark conversations. Even down to the receptionists, Molly I believed her name was, who was also so friendly and nice. The whole team was very detailed in their assessment and inspection while being able to explain and show me everything in person. Overall very professional and friendly. Only reason it wasn't a 5 star was because I felt they may have took a little longer than expected to completed and inspection and complete an estimate for me as it was about 2 weeks. However this is a my first personally water craft and first time servicing it so not sure if it's common for that turn around time for a full inspection and diagnosis after tear down.

En Miami hay muchos profesionales serios, no pierdan su tiempo con Jet Ski Doctors. ¡Evítenlos! Beware! These people are scammers. They know nothing about mechanics -- just salespeople with no real knowledge. I bought a jet ski that broke down 5 minutes after the first ride: fuel pump issue! They didn't even know there was a speed-limiting key. They tried to charge me for the repair with 2 hours of labor and a 3-day wait. I got the part from Riva and replaced it myself in 15 minutes. There are plenty of skilled professionals in Miami -- don't waste your time with Jet Ski Doctors. Avoid them!

I recently purchased a Toyota CHR from Florida Fine Cars after a negative experience at another…read moredealership. Fred, who was super kind and attentive, was my main point of contact over the phone, but he was not completely honest about every detail. He explained that the car I wanted was out with a vendor so I was unable to visit the first day and he mentioned another Toyota CHR in stock however, I wasn't interested. After a couple of days, Fred texted about another arrival, but I chose to wait for the original vehicle and I could see both then. About a week later, Fred called to let me know it was available. My brother, dad, and I went in to test drive it and started negotiations. We managed to negotiate a slight reduction in price. We even left saying we wouldn't return but came back the next morning to finalize the deal. I'm glad I did because you don't notice every flaw on a car at night. If you can, bring a mechanic, check the oil, look under the car, inspect the interior, and lift the floor mats. Not all issues will be disclosed, so it's important to protect yourself. During financing, there were several hidden fees not clearly disclosed, which raised the final price. Some fees made sense, but others were unmentioned, like a mandatory warranty for cosmetic items that couldn't be removed. They also advertised a three-day money-back guarantee, but at the end, I learned my car wasn't eligible due to its mileage. The process overall was less transparent than I expected. Important details were not always shared upfront, and at one point, the wrong CHR was listed on the paperwork, so double-checking documents was necessary. There were a few items on a "we owe" slip that were supposed to be fixed before I picked up the car (realigning the bumper, fixing something in the trunk, and checking the brakes). Some of these weren't completed when I returned, and there was also a windshield wiper issue that I had fixed elsewhere. I had to make a follow-up trip the next week to get the bumper realigned. Though I was told it would take half a day, they let me come in Saturday morning, and the repair was done in about an hour and a half. The service wasn't horrible, but it wasn't absolutely terrific either. Florida Fine Cars is a reputable dealership, and it's a safer choice compared to buying from a smaller, unknown dealer. If you choose to buy here, inspect the car thoroughly, get everything in writing, and ask as many questions as needed to ensure you are fully aware of all details before finalizing your purchase.
