Staff was polite and somewhat attentive in my opinion. I was interested in one of their fairly high end vehicles. Upon initial viewing, I noticed some rust on the tailgate attach points that was considerable. When I mentioned my concerns with my salesman, he recommended I get a pre-by inspection at my cost. I was happy to do this and did just that. The mechanic I hired to do the pre-by inspection immediately noticed this was a car from way up north, in fact, it was from Canada. I'm OK with the entire bottom of the car being rusted out. I am not OK with it being painted over, which it was per the mechanic. And poorly at that. So someone was trying to hide all of this rust it appeared. If you are going to buy any vehicle from here, make sure you get a pre-by inspection done before purchase. Beware. read more

If I could give 0 I would as I showed up to an appt to view a car it wasn't there it was being fixed they didn't bother to tell me beforehand then tried to sell me something way more money the finance guy was a condescending jerk the dealership itself is filthy and Uninviting and the sales team standing outside look like street thugs. I pulled up and didn't want to get out of my car and I should have listened and kept driving. Each car I test drove was so dirty in the inside and the service panels lit up like a Xmas tree they all had the check engine light on and at least one other warning light and when you look at the car fax they had all been wrecked This place is horrible a waste of time I would never do business with at least this HGREG If you value your time money safety and peace of mind don't bother with this dealership. Before I came, I already have appraisal from Hgreg Doral location(which is far more nice than this one) Before I started, I asked them are u guys same company with hgreg Doral location, then they said yes(but they just share same brand name have different franchiser) After I wait around 25mins, they give me the price 5,500(lowest one) and when I decided to leave, I found whoever drove my car to test scratched my driver side door. At first, the staff was not admitted that him did it. Then we find the pics took by them before they test the car. Then the staff said that it must be someone else open the door and did it. But that's impossible because the car at my right side was never moved during entire time, and there are two parts lost printing, so it cannot be made by just open door hit. I saw that a buddy of mine I went to highschool worked there, Gregory, really stand up guy. He offered me some coffee and a doughnut before we started negotiating. I told him how about I want to get the car in my favor, and him and Kenny from the finance department really worked IN MY FAVOR. I arrived at 9:15 AM, and left there at 12:42 PM. Short version. Had their service dept. look @ the tire that was leaking. Service found nothing wrong with the tire. Took it the local shop. Discovered the tire had plugs. Obviously the plugs were not holding. I informed my salesperson. The response? "The tire passed safety standards. They only check for wear". So literally, they looked at the tire. That's all. I informed Jeff, my salesperson, that a leak means damage, defective, not safe. So in effect, a car is safe so long as it does not fall apart during the test drive, and u can drive it off the lot. read more

We purchased a vehicle that we believed to be in great condition and thirty days in, while driving with the family on the expressway, it began to make a worrisome noise and emit a burning smell. We immediately pulled over and had it towed it to a certified Dodge dealership, where our jaws dropped by what they found. First, let me begin by saying the car we purchased from HGREG is a 2018 Dodge Charger with less than 300 miles. Now, I don't even know how to describe the amount of damage that was found once they raised the vehicle and exposed the undercarriage. The mechanics themselves were so shocked that they even invited my husband to take a look. They walked him through every negligent patch job and I am not exaggerating when I say, the damages were extensive. The mechanics informed my husband that we were very fortunate to have pulled over as the car could have potentially locked up on us and even worse caught on fire. Be very careful of purchasing a car "As Is", even when a salesman assures you you are buying a great vehicle backed by the manufacturer warranty. We will be pursuing this matter further, but please stay away from this dealership and spend your money elsewhere, despite how enticing the price may be for the vehicle. With much effort I arranged for the 2 hour drive to the dealership. Again plenty of communication. Once there the manager and salesman were friendly. I saw the car and it was what I wanted, but I couldn't start the financial process just yet. At that point the manager ignored me and the salesman could care less. After 4pm I left and was ready first thing in the morning to purchase the car. It had been sold hours after I left. Not a single attempt was made in ask if I was interested or offer something else. BUYER BE AWARE.....DO NOT BUY FROM HGREG! I brought a car 2 weeks ago. The "finance managers" will take advantage of you if you do not pay attention. 2 days after signed for my car I found out that my bank approved me for less of an interest rate when Hgreg ran my credit with them for financing. But even though they had the numbers from my bank they chose to use a bank with a higher interest rate for my loan because they wanted to include they're extended warranty in the payment package they presented. My deal also happened to be around midnight and the finance manager, seeing that I was tired, added and $800 service while making it seem like it was an additional benefit of my GAP insurance. It was bundled in with the purchase price of the car so it was hard to see. Also the extended warranty sold there is a joke. It has horrible reviews and cost 2x as much as its competitors and covers way less on your vehicle. All I can say is thank God for the 3 day warranty! After finding out all this I demanded answers or I would return the car. That's when things got nasty. I was told I should be lucky my interest rate wasn't higher like others who have purchased from them. I was told I could drive UBER to make up the difference of the loan interest amounts. I was lied to and told that my file was already closed with the bank, which it was not. And after saying I would return the car, magically I was able to get a lower interest rate. Then I returned the service that was added without my knowledge. But when I told them I wanted to return the warranty because I found a more reputable warranty company, Kevin the finance manager lost it. He said I was harassing Hgreg, told me I should return the car, told me he didn't want to see my face there again. I spoke to a manager on duty but he had was from a different department and could not help I still removed what I didn't want but made point to make a complaint with the concierge department at the main office in Doral. They have not gotten back to me on anything. They honestly don't care that their employee is acting this way with their customers. On a separate issue, the car had a noise that was happening while driving at higher speeds. Again thank God for the 3 day return warranty! I took it to get check out by mechanic who said it was the wheel bearings. I went back to Hgreg immediately to document this and they said they would take care of it. I dropped the car off the next morning (Monday at 7:30am without being given a loaner) and didn't get the car back until 7:00pm Thursday evening. When I test drove the car the noise was still there. I even test drove it with the manager. They tried to convince me I was hearing things that were normal with the car I purchased. Eventually following my instincts I took it to Honda and they replaced and fixed the wheel bearings on the car in less than 6 hours since it still had some warranty left. The same wheel bearings the Hgreg told me were replaced after 4 days of having my vehicle. I have learned a lot with the car buying process through all of this but the main take away I want to share is DO NOT BUY FROM HGREG! read more

While in the market for a used car I called many dealerships nationwide. This dealership, by far, stands out as the worst. I first called asking about a mustang and if it was still available. A man answered the phone, we'll call him Joe, and tells me it's still available. I continue to ask about pricing and finance options when he told me that he would have to get back to me and would have someone in touch with me soon regarding the info. No one ever got in touch with me. Fast forward a few days and I call back. Same situation, another person. This person tells me the same thing. Fast forward about 3 WEEKS. At this point I've spoken with several representatives and "sales people" and I'm starting to get a feeling that this might be a scam. I finally get in touch with a person named Eugene. I explain to Eugene that I've been trying to buy this car for 3 weeks and no one seems interesting in selling it. Eugene then told me that they were giving me a "run-around" as this dealership sometimes does, and that he would personally sell the car to me. He gave me his personal number and texted me the pricing details. The problem with Eugene arose when I asked for pictures. That's when he told me that they weren't allowed to send pictures or videos of their vehicles. Please, someone explain how this is normal? After he said this I gave him a call and asked him why this was the case. My exact words were, "Eugene, brother, why would they not let you send pictures of the car I'm going to buy?". For some reason, this irritated Eugene. He proceeded to tell me that I do not understand, and that I am not his brother. He then told me that I have an attitude and hung up the phone. As I said, this dealership stands out. In all the wrong ways. I'm seriously sitting here confused now because I really did want to buy the car lol, it truly seems that these "salespeople" were simply not in the business of selling me said car. My name is Adam and I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle at the Broward location. Within seconds of driving off the lot the check engine light turned on. I didn't panic, I assumed the gas cap wasn't tightened but I was very wrong. The BMW needed multiple oxygen sensors costing over $1,000. 5 minutes later I opened the sunroof only to have the sun shade fall into my lap. Costing $1,100 with labor. I still didn't panic and hoped it was a mistake. The following morning I went to the car wash since the car wasn't cleaned and all of the soap and water was pouring into the car and this was the point I realized I was mislead to believe I was purchasing a functioning car when it wasn't and it had to be returned. As expected the salesman Greg brown made promises that they weren't aware of any issues and they would take care of it however I would have to pay for another form of transportation while the repairs were being made after I just purchased a $20,000 car. When I returned the car I was made to wait in the waiting room for over 2 hours before they began processing the paperwork and I had to leave without receiving my trade in. Minutes later I received a call that my car was there when I was told it wouldn't be until the following day. I have since purchased a vehicle from Florida Fine Cars where I was unable to transfer my registration because the car I have returned is still registered in my name and was never corrected. After almost a week of calling and leaving messages with every department, I have been unable to get a hold of anyone who can help me. Moises was our sale person, very courteous and helpful. Super nice guy! Told him we were driving 2 hours and he held the vehicles for us. Staff was friendly, overall easy transaction. Came in with my own financing but still took close to 3 hours to get out of there. Be prepared to wait a while. Prices seem to be well below KBB but there is a $1300 dealer fee which Moises told us about upfront, they say this is how they make their money as vehicles are sold at (or near) wholesale. Don't to expect haggle, prices are firm. All vehicles are auction vehicles, most have had some sort of accident or two, very much like OffLease Only. The one major negative comment I have is while we were on our way, we got about 8 calls and texts, "just to make sure you're on you're way," which was annoying to say the least. I would consider buying from them again for the right vehicle. Make sure you do your research and thoroughly review the carfax and auto check. If you what you are getting into with how HGreg works and their "dealer fees" and get your financing lined up before you walk in there, should be a relatively surprise free experience. read more

Marc was an amazing sales man. He made me feel really comfortable with him and made sure to understand my needs and wants in finding my new vehicle. He was extremely patient with me and always kept a positive attitude with everything. Unfortunately one of my tires blew but Ariel took care of everything. He got my tires changed and kept me updated on the process of my vehicle as it was being seeviced. They even offered me lunch as I waited. He made sure I drove off that lot with a smile on my face.
