    I was dropping off my car to this place because here is more close to my house. Before I came, I already have appraisal from Hgreg Doral location(which is far more nice than this one) Before I started, I asked them are u guys same company with hgreg Doral location, then they said yes(but they just share same brand name have different franchiser) After I wait around 25mins, they give me the price 5,500(lowest one) and when I decided to leave, I found whoever drove my car to test scratched my driver side door. At first, the staff was not admitted that him did it. Then we find the pics took by them before they test the car. Then the staff said that it must be someone else open the door and did it. But that's impossible because the car at my right side was never moved during entire time, and there are two parts lost printing, so it cannot be made by just open door hit. If you plan to sell your car, don't bother yourself to this location. Recommend the Doral location(far more nice service, and will offer better price)

    2016 BMW 328i W/ M Package

    Was in the market for a new vehicle, since I tend to get a new one every 3 years, I've been reading nothing but good reviews about the company HGreg and how they choose the best vehicle out of 10 cars. I saw online that they had a 2016 BMW 328i for a great price and decided to stop by to see it, come to find out that it was just imported from California, only 1 owner clean title everything. I saw that a buddy of mine I went to highschool worked there, Gregory, really stand up guy. He offered me some coffee and a doughnut before we started negotiating. I told him how about I want to get the car in my favor, and him and Kenny from the finance department really worked IN MY FAVOR. I arrived at 9:15 AM, and left there at 12:42 PM. In my opinion that was fast service, they cleaned up the car for me and and sent me on my way. Really good people, really good company, and I would highly recommend. And remember, ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH ON ANY CAR YOU WISH TO PURCHASE, before you purchase cars. That's what made my purchase and experience different than others.

    Horrible service. Can't reach anybody by phone. Some of the salesmen are great but the business itself sucks.

The car didn't even make it to the next Friday and the transmission completely stopped working so I was stuck on the side of the road for 2 hours waiting on Alex to come tow the car back to their office to be worked on. They say they offered us a 6 month warranty for certain issues going on with the car. It's now been over a week later since the incident and I still cannot get a clear answer from anyone (not Farrah who works in service, not from sales, or from Alex the owner), all they tell me is they will know more the next day and then the same answer is given over and over. Tomorrow I have a Zoom meeting with my boss for what I am certain is going to be me being Fired from my job because I haven't been able to show up for work in over a week bc I haven't had a car to get to and from work. The entire reason I purchased a car was to be able to work and have reliable transportation to make money--but what I got was a car that ended up having a bad transmission, issues with the power window/sunroof, key fob not working, check engine light on, dull front head light, etc. (a lemon). Luckily there is a Lemon Law in Florida and A good friend who happens to be an attorney who will be helping me if the car is not repaired and returned to me asap. I was already pre-approved for financing and specifically asked about the car's full service history before making the hour long drive from Florida City. In the morning, I was told "no problem" the car had been serviced, and the history would be easy to provide. Jose (the manager) even called later to reassure me they were pulling it and it would take no time. Then Andre (the sales rep) texted the same assurances and we scheduled a test drive time in the evening. I made it clear I didn't want to waste time driving that far if the info wasn't ready. While I was already on my way, they suddenly said the service manager had left for the day and no one else knew where the records were. They told me "not to worry" because the car was "good," so I continued to the dealership. Big mistake. When I arrived, there was a burning smell coming from the vehicle. Despite that red flag, Andre kept insisting the car was in good shape, so I went ahead with the test drive. What I discovered was alarming: serious brake issues, alignment problems, worn control arm bushings, bad ball joints or faulty half-shafts causing heavy vibrations during acceleration, and to top it, malfunctioning falcon wing doors. The burning smell got much worse after the drive likely the brakes overheating or failing. This car was clearly not safe to drive. Andre took notes on everything and promised to call me the next day with more information. Instead, I got a call saying the manager decided the car would be sold "as is" with zero repairs or fixes. Of course, I walked away without buying it. What angers me most is the blatant dishonesty about the service history. Any competent mechanic or inspection would have caught these major mechanical problems, yet the dealership seemed to be actively hiding them by dodging the records and downplaying the issues. They wasted my entire evening on what felt like a bait and switch tactic. My strong advice to anyone: Do NOT go to test drive a used car at North Miami Mitsubishi unless they have the complete service history in hand and are willing to provide it upfront. Save yourself the time, frustration, and potential safety risk. This place has lost all credibility with me, stay far away.
