He was careful to make sure the concrete was the right temperature and treated it carefully while doing some scrubbing. He made sure he went over it a couple of times and paid attention to detail in certain areas making sure it had continuity. Il looked amazing. The rust was all gone, it exceeded my expectations. He then went the extra mile to do an overall clean of the entire driveway to blend all the different colors that develop over time. Later, when our schedules eased up, I tried again. Within 12 hours of booking, I adjusted the appointment to Thursday of the same week--plenty of open slots were available, so I didn't expect it to be an issue. Apparently, it was. Cue the rude text messages. You're right: you run a business. And if you don't want mine, I'm more than happy to take it elsewhere. But if I'm spending over $500 to have my windows cleaned, I expect to choose a time that works for me--and to not be treated with hostility for doing so. Thanks again. When a mandatory training at my hospital conflicted with the new appointment, I immediately began rescheduling for a time that worked. Before I could finish, I received rude, accusatory texts from the owner questioning why I "keep canceling." If they don't want customers to use the self-scheduling feature, they shouldn't offer it. I was actively trying to rebook, not flake. The hostility was unwarranted and unprofessional. Even if their service is good, I won't support a business that treats customers this way--and I'll be sure others know to think twice.

They made an appointment to get right out for the estimate and I had a written estimate within a day! It was very detailed and accurate as to what I should expect. I did receive 3 estimates and this was in the middle. I think based on the outcome it was a great value! One issue they do need to address is communication. From the office to the workers. No one wants to confirm when or if they are coming and it will be up to the customer to call and confirm times. If they had communicated better they would have gotten 5 stars. That said they always did show when scheduled just late at times. (I'm a bit anal, lol) The paint job exceeded my expectation! The crew could not have been nicer and a pleasure to have around. They were respectful of my home and property and cleaned up very well after themselves. Following completion they sent out an "Inspector" to go over the work they had done! He did find a few things that needed addressing and they had it resolved in a matter of days. This was what I would call a "technical" paint job and I am very particular.
