He took out a wall, repaired plaster cracks and joints and skim coated all of the walls on the first floor. The walls came out perfect. The old wavy plaster walls look flat and straight after he finished and it's impossible to see the gap in the plaster were he took out the old wall. Also, his price was very fair. I was happy to write him a check after the work was completed and would recommend him to anyone.

In May 2019 I met with three contractors for a project including interior wallpaper removal in two…read morerooms including boarders. I requested quotes including painting of ceiling and walls of one bedroom, hallway, kitchen, dining room, and a family room. The contractor was knowledgeable and from the three it was Frank B******'s company 360 painting that I hired. Wallpaper removal was done first and some wall damage was noted. The painting commenced two days later with a subcontracted young man Tyler. This is where things began to fall apart. My natural wood baseboards were slopped up with a sealer product. On day three I voiced my concerns to the contractor. The instructions that Frank had sent to the painter were forgotten at home so consequently moldings were painted incorrectly amongst other mistakes and omissions. Painters tape so haphazardly applied that paint and sealer ran underneath onto the wood. A large heavy vertical blind rod was removed and thrown on my amish made hardwood table leaving a large deep 4 inch scratch. I would have gladly removed the rod if Tyler would have said "that needs to come down" I could go on and on. Switch plate and electrical outlet covers were thrown around and never were replaced. the side of my thermostat and moldings along with electrical outlets were painted blue. Frank verbalized I was being to hard on Tyler, never did Frank apologize in fact he tried to say the baseboards were slopped up before they started. I voiced to the owner my expectation was that the job would look like professionals did the work. A child might have done better. And in the middle of this mess the owner announces he is going on vacation for 8 days. At the time of final payment and five hours of additional work by the owner to correct mistakes, I withheld the cost of fixing my table. Frank thought I should deal with Tyler's insurance company. My response was " I hired 360 painting and you Frank hired Tyler! I will never again hire anyone to do this type of work unless I personally know a client that they have worked for. A total disrespect of my home. Six weeks later and I continue to fix mistakes. I am sure Frank would give a different version of this story. The worst consumer experience of my life. The owner needs to take ownership when his people mess up. Regretfully **

He then sent me an email estimate for the painting portion and said the carpenter would meet with me to work up an estimate for the carpentry portion which of course had to be done first. No one ever contacted me about the carpentry work, so I followed up three times, twice via email and the last time by phone. That was ten days ago. I then contacted another company who promptly responded and with whom we have already secured a contract.
