The procedure was super quick and Andrea was very thorough in explaining the tongue stretching exercises. Ever since then our baby has been able to breast feed correctly and we also don't have to worry about him growing up with a recessed chin. My hygeinist seems to know her stuff (even scared me enough to start flossing daily, usually). The office seems a bit old, but they did tell me a new office is being built. The only thing that prevents me from giving them a 5 stars is: I went in for my appoitnment a few weeks ago and the front office lady had a huge chocolate doughnut on her desk and continued to eat yogurt while i stood at the counter filling out my paper work. I know everyone needs a chance to eat, but they must have a break room or something. I feel it is a bit gross (there must be some sort of law or rule against this?). Anyways, please don't keep open food right on the front desk, and I'll upgrade my 4 stars to 5.

I had a terrible experience with a dentist in Cleveland so was extremely hesitant when trying another dentist, but after looking around and seeing Dr. Hickle's practice consistently coming up as a top rated practice, I decided to give it a go. Dr. Hickle has now fixed the old fillings the previous dentist did poorly, has also placed a crown and has done a phenomenal job! (I must add her entire team in the office is so welcoming and professional as well, the dental hygienists are great, & Doreen and Tracey have been so helpful and patient :)) She has a natural grace, is extremely thorough, truly listens and mitigates any fears associated with getting dental work done.
