Dr. Frank came out and introduced himself to our son and chatted with him to make him comfortable. Once we got back to the room Dr Frank walked him through all the tools and lights and told him what he was going to do with everything. He let him touch and feel and explore everything. He made it very exciting for a 3 year old!!! Every person was so incredibly helpful and attentive. You can certainly tell the staff love their jobs and they're a team! Very clean and welcoming office and we were in and out in no time.

My hygeinist seems to know her stuff (even scared me enough to start flossing daily, usually). The office seems a bit old, but they did tell me a new office is being built. The only thing that prevents me from giving them a 5 stars is: I went in for my appoitnment a few weeks ago and the front office lady had a huge chocolate doughnut on her desk and continued to eat yogurt while i stood at the counter filling out my paper work. I know everyone needs a chance to eat, but they must have a break room or something. I feel it is a bit gross (there must be some sort of law or rule against this?). Anyways, please don't keep open food right on the front desk, and I'll upgrade my 4 stars to 5.
