Lol…read more After checking out of our hotel & traveling for a couple hours I decided to get a sweater out of my luggage & Immediately realized hubby forgot to pack all our clothes that were in the hotel dresser! Freakin bonehead! Lol After I called the hotel & had them ship all our clothes home hubby felt bad I was cold & decided to stop off at this RL store & buy me a cozy sweater :) The store was small, however it was well stocked, the parking was awesome & the service was great. Easy in & out. My sweet adorable hubby got back in my good graces by hooking me up with a couple new cozy sweaters & we even found him a couple new blue polos. Hubby HAS to have the blue one with the yellow pony or his golf game is bloody dingo that ate the gringo. This RL store was great & saved the day! I will not be returning to this location. Until he is not present. I am a very loyal customer. But Mike needs to be checked. This is saddening I have heard things about the "side business" being orchestrated at this location. That there was a lot of sheisty things going on so the location needs to be evaluated regardless before its more than just people quitting.

My husband and children gifted me another watch from there. I went in to have it sized and asked if I could follow up on my Rolex request. My information was no where to be found...I was confused by that since I had taken the time to complete all of my information to be put in the system. Maybe a glitch I thought. The sales rep I first spoke to was no longer there. A second sales rep took my info. I went through the same process of choosing my watch, completing a form. This sales rep fold me she would be vigilant and stay in touch with me and I received an initial email from her and was hopeful. She said it could be 6 mo to a year, but there would be no problem in getting me what I wanted...crickets after that. Not a word. I am so disappointed. It has now been TWO years. I believe at this point, I was sized up and not taken as a serious buyer because the items that we had purchased before were not expensive. enough to put me on a "serious buyer list". There was a huge end-of-summer sale, so I scooped up a bunch of rompers and other cute outfits. The customer service was superb and I really loved all the outfits that I purchased. I've washed my items numerous times now and have even put them in the dryer. It's nice to see that that the quality hasn't changed any. In fact, it's gotten more comfortable. Now, it's a bit too cold to wear any of the rompers because they are all shorts and dresses. So, what does this mean? I have to shop again! In case you didn't know, I don't like shopping much and I like to go in and be done in 15-30 minutes. This store allows me to do that because it's small and they have so many nice styles that it doesn't take me long to find what I like. I'll be back... soon!

They had spotlights positioned to beam down on the clothes / manequins and coupled with the holiday traffic, resulted in a human sauna. The unintentional bakage of the people resulted in a few mishaps and plenty of grumpy shoppers. I heard a young boy in the back complain that the fitting rooms were too "sticky" for him to take off his shirt and I noticed most folks waiting in line also wiping their foreheads from the excessive sweat. I managed to get a pair of decent jeans at 70% off and a nice sweater for 50% off. 2 stars for the great deals and the super hot register girls make for 3. A hot store can only be complemented by a few hotties behind the counter. What a cruel irony.

He even gave outfit recommendations and what we would be limited to if we got a particular style. I'm aware that he's a salesman and gets commission off sales---so you probably think he was trying to make us get the more expensive pair, but these shoes were all the same price. Just a different style and different color. He didn't say they "all look good" or "its up to you, whatever you like." We gave our opinion. He gave his. We already know that ultimately it is our decision which shoes to buy and whether or not we will even buy them, so I get peeved when I can't a real opinion out of someone when I want it the most. Awesome shoe salesman. Ended up getting 2 pairs of the men's 2016 spring collection All the associates were well groomed and dressed to impressed. Helpful whenever I had a question about purses.
