I had to fill out some info on an electronic tablet for waiver purposes and then paid. Grippy socks are required, we had our own from another play place and that was fine with them. The attendant who checked us in was polite but the one when we left was not as friendly. It was a bit stuffy in the place like the air was turned lower. There was a camp of kids (about 20) that checked in before us and about half of them were screaming an ear curdling scream for most of the time which was unpleasant for other kids/toddlers/parents. I do wish they would have said something over the loud speaker about not screaming continually. I would say the facility is good for 10 and under mostly.

For around $20 my five year old can run, jump, and get her wiggles out for HOURS. That's money well spent in my book. We recently had my daughter's birthday party here and I have to add that the team working did a wonderful job. The table was set up, plates, and waters provided, and it was an easy place to gather with her classmates. I've been recommending parties here ever since. The only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is just because the restrooms could use some TLC. Get that fixed and this is a 5 star children's attraction for sure.
