We recently visited Super Kids Club in Shawnee Mission. Our kids did have a lot of fun and enjoyed the play areas, which is always a plus. However, there were a couple of concerns that stood out. The lighting, especially toward the back, was very dim, which made it harder to keep an eye on everything and didn't feel the cleanest. Unfortunately, all of our kids ended up getting sick afterward, which makes us question how well the facility is being cleaned and maintained. It has good potential because the kids enjoyed themselves, but better lighting and stronger cleaning practices would make a big difference. read more

This place is great. My daughter had a great time and for just less than $20 we had about 3 hours of playtime. They have a spot for the littles and just enough for the bigger kids to also enjoy themselves. The ball pit was the favorite of the day! I recommend this spot to anyone with a kid especially the toddlers! read more

I brought my granddaughters here today and they had a great time! They had a lot of fun, climbing toys and activities for them to explore. I also like the fact that they had a three and under area. Everything seemed clean and they also had birthday party rooms. The staff was nice and the bathrooms were reasonably clean as well. It's pretty busy, but it ebbs and flows depending on how long the parents want to stay! lol I would recommend it for kids 12 and under. read more

Prices are $15.99 for kids 1-3 and $17.99 for kids 4-15. It's a great spot for young ones up to about 8 or so but makes zero sense to charge even more for a 13 year old who the place is not at all geared for. Needs to adjust pricing or get more stuff for big kids. read more

Every time I drive past this place the sign catches my eye. Since my daughter has started to hit the ground running, I thought this will be the perfect place to let all of her energy out. Happy to report she had a BLAST! The ball pit was definitely her favorite place, but we explored almost every inch of the playground and had fun as parents too! The staff was friendly and made sure we read the terms to the waiver and signed before entering. I am excited to have a safe place that allows my child to have fun regardless of the weather. read more

Fabulous Place, Wonderful Staff! I took two of my grandkids here for the first time this week. Their parents were out of town and we were looking for new things for them to do. Chase (11) and Symphony (5) both had a grand time! Lots of nonstop fun in a whole variety of settings. But most memorable of all were the mother and daughter running the club. They are SO NICE!!! We have had a recent heartbreaking loss in the family, and I had my emotional support golden retriever Harley with me. They Couldn't have been more kind and sweet. We loved this place so much. Took my daughter to this place for her 2nd birthday and she absolutely had a blast. The tickets were affordable too. It was about $13 for her, myself, and my husband. Their staff was friendly to us. we even had one of the workers volunteered to take our pics too if we wanted. it was a terrible experience. We had some kids there for a girls birthday party. We had a cake we gave it to the lady who first walked in and she said she can put it in the refrigerator the kids played for at least three hours. There was only five people in there at the time we had as the young lady who worked there if we can have the cake, the lady said yes, but you guys can't cut it in here. It's a policy. We understood that it was a policy, but she did not tell us that when we gave her the cake we had to call the manager. The manager had every excuse in the world. Super fun play spot that our friends took us to for one of their kiddo's birthdays. The staff was super friendly & the place was super clean. Our youngest (about 11 months old at the time) absolutely loved the ball pit & our 3 older girls ran around the entire place (I believe their favorite was the "steep" slide). Their coffee was surprisingly decent also (but don't expect some third wave drip coffee quality). Will definitely be back with friends when we visit KC again. read more

We had a great experience with our grandson at SuperKidz Club! We took turns supervising him in the play area so he could use the full two hours. He is 2.5 yrs old and tried just about every activity they had there. The only one he wouldn't do was the zipline. He loved all the climbing, the slides, the ball pit! Tips: Bring grippy socks or buy them there for under $4.00. When you sign up to reserve your slot, complete your waivers. read more

My daughter loves coming here but every time we go the customer service gets worse and worse. Staff there do not enforce the rules consistently. My daughter got pushed and injured by another kid that was not being supervised by any parent. Went to go ask for an ice pack and they did not have any..... the best they could do was a cup of ice. read more

Holy cow this place is fun! I brought my daughter and 2 friends here after school and they had a blast. I'm not sure how I got them to leave. It's one massive indoor playground. There is so much to do! Trampolines, slides, foam ball cannons, climbing, swinging, and a bunch of other activities to wear you kids out. The whole floor is squishy for soft landings. There are separate areas for kids under 5 to keep them safe. They've got couches and massage chairs for parents to chill out on while the kids play. However, the playground is big enough to fit adults, so why not join in the fun?! There is also a snack bar that serves a variety of treats and small meals. There are lots of tables in the snack area to enjoy your food. Party rooms are available for birthdays and other fun events. Prices run about $15 per person (1 adult is free), but they run specials during the week. They are good about keeping their website and Facebook page updated with current specials and hours. Occasionally they close early for staff meetings or deep cleaning. Did I mention this place is spotless?! It's so nice to feel like my kids won't leave here with a million different illnesses. It's the cleanest kids indoor playground I've been to. Seems like Monday thru Thursday after school they are the quietest. I can see this place being packed on the weekend. It's a great addition to the area! So glad they opened. It will give us a great place to burn off energy this winter. read more

Best 5th birthday party ever! Our Grandson absolutely loved having his birthday party at Super Kidz and so did his parents! They literally take all the hassle out of it! They decorated the large space with everything! Birthday balloons, multiple banners, huge slideshow, tables, chairs (for grownups and kids) plenty of side tables for goodies bags and presents. They also provide birthday plates, napkins, cups, pizza, drinks! Such a fun environment when everyone has eaten pizza and cake and I scream they get to play in this huge massive see through play structure with many sensory, climbing, jumping, sliding apparatuses. They never got bored during the 80 minutes of play! So much fun and our grandson had a blast the entire time!! Parents enjoyed it too! Done played with the kids and some just had fun watching! Plus, super kidz also included a photographer who took some amazing pictures of the entire event for us and gave us a flash drive if all the shots! Overall the best experience we've had at a birthday club! Great value too and the pizza was actually tasty too! read more

Had a BLAST with my friend and her kiddos! Finally a place specifically for the little little kids!! And the lady upfront was absolutely the sweetest lady! I wish I wouldn't gotten her name because she was absolutely so sweet and kind! The boys were not wanting to leave they had so much fun in here and as an adult I had lots of fun seeing the boys enjoy themselves! There were so many more things to do in here then I thought when I first looked it up! Definitely recommend for all you mommas with toddlers and even baby's that are just walking! read more

This place is very limiting. Older children (10 who is the size of an 8 year old) aren't allowed to play on half the equipment but yet pay the same price. Maybe it should just be an 8 and under place. Also, no children in wheelchairs are allowed. Wheelchairs apparently are too dirty. I don't like supporting any business that discriminates against people with disabilities. We will not be going back. read more

The four stars is because my child enjoyed themselves. & the customer service from my party host CAT was amazing ! The set up & ballon's were nice & the amount of preparedness was great. However, the pizza was disgusting & over priced. They might as well let you bring in your own food. The workers at the front were rude & disrespectful & wrenched of a cigarette smell. This is a great idea & family owned business but for as much as I paid it should've been a better experience. We used to love this place before Covid. We decided to give it another chance after reading what they said on the website about cleaning in between each session and during. Well I'm here to tell you that that doesn't seem to be happening at all. Not one single person cleaned anything while we were here during the session nor could they possibly have clean before we got there considering the sessions were back to back. I was told the owners are rarely hear anymore and it kind of seemed like a deserted free-for-all. Just letting you know that it doesn't seem they are following the rules they put in place to keep Others safe. There was no one to work the Concessions and we had to wait a long time to find someone. I just moved here, and it is raining so I took my 3 kids here to play. I wore my mask buy thought since the kids would be running and jumping, that they would be exempt. Evidently they want kids to pass out while jumping because they said any child over 6 needed to wear a mask and handed my 7 year old a mask. He took it off after a few minutes to jump on the trampoline and worked up a sweat. The employee came over to us, pointed him out and said, you need to put your mask on! He began to cry and said he never wanted to come back again. I am pissed. My child should be able to have fun and breathe. I will never be coming back to Super Kidz again....42 dollars fkr this? Superkidz Club is one of our favorite places to go to! It's so clean & there's so much to do! They routinely take all of the balls out of the ball pit to clean them & you can tell the routinely clean everything...it's so nice! The employees are always so nice & friendly & they also have a great assortment of snacks for purchase too. Rude staff. Discriminates against individuals with disabilities as a mother with a child in a wheelchair was not allowed in the play area. The owner couldn't even come out to provide a reasonable explanation sending some high schooler to say that the "wheels could be dirty". Horrible horrible way to do business. They have lost my business and recommendations to family and friends. read more
