I had to fill out some info on an electronic tablet for waiver purposes and then paid. Grippy socks are required, we had our own from another play place and that was fine with them. The attendant who checked us in was polite but the one when we left was not as friendly. It was a bit stuffy in the place like the air was turned lower. There was a camp of kids (about 20) that checked in before us and about half of them were screaming an ear curdling scream for most of the time which was unpleasant for other kids/toddlers/parents. I do wish they would have said something over the loud speaker about not screaming continually. I would say the facility is good for 10 and under mostly.

You let them out to run wild for a bit, and hope they tire themselves out enough not to bug you at 8:30 that night. For some kids it's great. Mine like it well enough, but they'll never beg to come here. They like things a little more quiet and zen (they are my kids after all). But I see how it can be fun every so often. The lattes were good and they have food items and snacks to purchase for kids as well. They are a clean facility and in fact the worker took a rug out of the play area while we were there and was steaming it in the back.
