I dropped my vehicle off for a tire change and alignment. I was told that it would take 2 hours to complete. I returned 3 hours later to find out that my vehicle was sitting in the parking lot and my winter tires had not been installed. The technician had left the facility and my keys could not be found. After 15 minutes of cluelessness someone found my keys! I received no phone call or notification that only half of the work had been completed. This business does not care about the value of your time, cannot communicate, and is completely disorganized. This is the definition of gross incompetence. After 2 weeks of waiting for this appointment this is the type of service you receive. I will never be back! I have made it clear to friends and colleagues who are patrons of this organization, to avoid this place or run the risk of a similar outcome. Customer Beware! I have never seen a procedure as simple as a tire change so poorly mismanaged.

I came in to get my A/C fixed and i was not informed about any risks by having the A/C fixed. I was satisfied with my A/C being fixed because that's what i came in for. While i was driving on the highway coming home from the shop, The belt came off in the hood and it was dragging underneath the car. Later while i was driving the battery light came on and the car could have suddenly stopped while i was driving on the highway at top speeds. To make matters worse the steering wheel was barely turning and i had to get off the highway immediately while nearly causing 4 accidents. When i pulled to the side of the road my car began to smoke and different liquids dripped from underneath the car. We had to get the car towed and delivered back to my house. We called Orangeville auto care the next morning where they used CAA to get my car back to their shop. I recieved a call in the middle of the day from one of the employees who was extremely rude and unsympathetic as i experienced post traumatic stress from the incident the day before, stating that "it is not his responsibility if anything happens to the car and if you are very scared of driving the car you should go and buy a 2018 model car". Hearing that offended and hurt me as i nearly almost got killed on the highway. Furthermore, he was not professional and was talking over me the whole phone call while i was trying to get my point across that i wanted to be reimbursed the tow fee that i had to pay that was caused from Orangeville auto care's poor job in ensuring the safety of the car. These are a bunch of hillbillies who don't know how to run a business without killing people. Don't ever step foot in this shit shop if you value your life
