OK I have dealt with Terry at Wellington North tire for a few years and always receive exceptional…read moreservice. Today I took my wifes vehicle in to have the tires balanced and when they were finished they informed me that there was NO CHARGE , Great....... the reason for this was when I had them balanced 5 months earlier there was a problem with one of there balancers not operating properly. They did not have to let me know that and I would have been perfectly happy paying for the service., But thats the type ogf guys they are HONEST ! Thanks guys great customer service. Ric

If I could select zero stars I would! I never write scathing reviews. But there is a first for…read moreeverything. This occurred on 26 Nov 18. I dropped my vehicle off for a tire change and alignment. I was told that it would take 2 hours to complete. I returned 3 hours later to find out that my vehicle was sitting in the parking lot and my winter tires had not been installed. The technician had left the facility and my keys could not be found. After 15 minutes of cluelessness someone found my keys! I received no phone call or notification that only half of the work had been completed. This business does not care about the value of your time, cannot communicate, and is completely disorganized. This is the definition of gross incompetence. After 2 weeks of waiting for this appointment this is the type of service you receive. I will never be back! I have made it clear to friends and colleagues who are patrons of this organization, to avoid this place or run the risk of a similar outcome. Customer Beware! I have never seen a procedure as simple as a tire change so poorly mismanaged.

Really bad service. I got my SUV car hit in that place and Matthew E. the business owner had the…read morenerve to accused me saying that my car was scratched before or hit in any grocery store. They are not careful during the process of oil change and leave missing pieces or loosen bolts. As soon as I complained about it, Matthew was rude to me, yelled at me and said my Hyundai Tucson 2010 was a shitty car whit a bunch of plastic underneath in front all customers. Matthew arrogance and Ego are huge. They overcharged and demand to change things that your car doesn't need. So, if you are a woman, please find a better place where to go. Be aware that mechanics have a lot knowledge about cars and some just want to take advantage of your kindness and wallet. Always look for 3 different quotes before making any decision.

For example, their diagnosis on my brakes was simply not true. I am confident this was just an attempt to sell me on brakes. A headlight diagnosis was that I had a blown bulb and there was labor required to remove the headlight assembly when in reality it was simply a blown fuse. Following this, I had the work completed elsewhere to satisfy everything they had listed for the car to pass a safety inspection. When I returned for the re-inspection they simply refused to give my car a safety and came back with a new list of things they were unhappy with that apparently required repairs or changes. This garage tries to make things seem worse than they are to get business. In the end, I did receive a refund for the cost of the safety which I am thankful for. However, there was no respect for the time that I spent satisfying their requirements for a safety certification and dealing with made up issues that were not of concern. When performing a safety inspection on a car there is a schedule that you must follow. If the car meets the standards specified it is safe to be used on the road. I can't understand how you can have your own set of standards and then not honor the repairs that you had requested. I would avoid this garage and not go back, I hope you avoid the same mistake I made.
