Agreed to have tires finished and asked if anything else had been done I was advised that the only work done was the still to be completed tire swap and was quoted the current balance due for this service. Again I advised I did NOT want anything else done and was told I could not pick up the car until 2:00 pm.I was called back at 1:40 pm and told "sorry, the oil change was completed" but was not documented when I had called at 11:43 am. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not in and not available all weekend. Picked up the car, paid for the oil change and tire swap at over $200 and will NEVER do business with this company again.
