The filler caused unsightly pockets, lumps, and bumps in my lips, and overall a bo*ched look as seen in photo 1 attached. Despite having had filler procedures before, the clinic insisted that my swollen appearance was normal, despite my face being swollen for almost two weeks, where I could barely open my eyes, nose was swollen. A second opinion confirmed this was abnormal. Over the next 4.5 months, I endured three dissolving sessions to correct the issue. My lips remain disfigured, especially when I smile. The bo*ched procedure severely impacted my smile and confidence. I had to wear a mask to hide my deformed lips during social engagements, including work and my cousin's engagement party. This persisted throughout January and February, some of March preventing me from attending daily social activities, work, gym, volunteer. The state of my lips during January and February can be seen in Photo #1, during this time my work made an exception and let me work from home. Despite visiting the clinic twice, the nurses insisted my appearance was normal and assured me I would be fine. I had to take off most of January to work from home and was advised to wait a month before dissolving, leading to more time off for swelling and healing. Even after the dissolving procedure in March and two more visits, nothing was resolved. The inside skin of my lips bulged out, and bumps remained. Drinking was difficult due to the disfiguration, with liquids often seeping out the sides of my lip. This has turned into a relentless ordeal, affecting my ability to show my face in public. Despite this, I continued to work with the clinic, hoping for a resolution. However, their policies are inconsistently enforced, and they refuse to assist you. Their patient care practices disappear once they realize their mistake is costly. Twice this year, I had to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances--once due to a doctor-ordered quarantine and another time because my car was hit. The clinic falsely claimed I had canceled eight times, ignoring that unforeseen events can happen within 48 hours of an appointment. When I called to reschedule due to a legal matter involving a hit-and-run, the clinic abruptly informed me I was no longer allowed to book appointments and would be taking my $100 deposit, which was never enforced before, and was never given a warning. Keep in mind, if you call within the 48-hour cancellation time to reschedule, you will be marked automatically in their system for late cancellation, which is what happened with me earlier this year. Additionally, after reviewing my emails, I noticed I would receive emails, where the email would say the time and date of my appointment and say that it has been changed to the same time and date originally booked for - which makes absolutely no sense. Lastly, I want to add that it's been hard enough to come in for dissolving after dissolving hoping my lips will return back to normal, the distress caused by the clinic manager has been an additional stressor. I am beyond frustrated and upset as this experience has destroyed my smile and confidence, and I paid for a procedure that left my lips disfigured. I urge anyone considering this clinic to research the practitioners and their education thoroughly. Beauty Rewind does not care about patient care once the procedure is done, and your face is disfigured. They do not treat patients well if something goes wrong, barely claiming responsibility, and will stop responding, & take your money. With my sister getting married in one month at a 700-person event, I am left to figure things out on my own. I am now seeking legal advice for the disfiguration caused, incompetent management and lack of empathy/patient care. I strongly advise against choosing Beauty Rewind for any procedures. I wish I could attach full photos, however, I would like my patient privacy to be respected.

I had my facial consult which was neat because they took photos to see problem areas on my skin. I found the consult to not be so helpful. I was recommended things that other spas would refuse to do to my skin because it was too harsh. I'm super careful and knowledgeable about different treatments so this kind of sent off a red flag for me. They really only recommended treatments which they had the machines for which was pretty limited from what I am accustomed to from going to medical spas. I also was actually taken back by the prices as they were alot more than other places I've been to. Hence probably why I never tried them before. Anyways...I ended up being model for a hydra facial Deluxe for $235 and got 50% off my treatment. The tech was actually new and I felt like she didn't give me a proper treatment because I could feel that she had missed some areas and didn't focus on my problematic areas (nose and chin). Luckily I was using a gift card and got a discount for the treatment. But if I had paid full price I would definitely have been disappointed. Overall. They have good options available for treatments and plenty of products which I am yet to try. And maybe I'll come back for one of their specials. But my skin didn't feel or look as glorious as it typically did compared to getting a $235 treatment elsewhere. So I'm not sure I can justify the full price from this experience. It was overall a positive experience but a few things were off for me. I am a spa addict and I have extremely high expectations of going to a spa for treatments so take this with a grain of salt.

Additionally, they appear passionate in educating their team and patients about skin care regime, treatment approaches, medical skin concerns, and medication. They would only suggest or approve of treatments involving medication, laser, fillers, and such only if it is necessary for that patient. I was never pressured or "sold" on something. I also appreciate their updates on Facebook in regards to team spirit, products, and treatment results. I am grateful of having to be introduced to Dr. Taher and Kailey (Medical laser technician) by his colleage since when he was practicing as a provisional dermatologist several years back. Dr. Taher has such great bed side manner and patience with injection, electrodissectation, and biopsy. I am also suprised that he did no choose a career in pediatrics with his gentle mannerisms, enthusiasm, and great interpersonal skills. Treatments I have received and were found effective for myself were, but not limited to: Isolaz (moderate to severe acne), clear and brilliant (skin texture, hyperkeratosis, some lines), glycolic/afa peels, pulse dye laser for stretch marks on shoulders, and products. I have also seen Mckaela for peels, waxing, and isolaz. The zo Skin health line particularily the radical night repair 1% retinol and c 10% bright serum has I believe saved my skin from cystic acne and significantly prevented/reduced scarring in addition to isolaz. I believe proper skin care is an investment in which my skin has thanked me later. My additional favorite products are but not limited to: Zo daily defense lotion, zo renewal creme, eye hydra firm, zo 10% sulfur mask, vivier medicated cleanser, revision antiaging matte moisturizer, anacapse pill for hair loss, and UNIVERSE SKIN CARE. As I see it as challenging to find an antiaging night serum that is light in texture not causing breaking or further mila, UNIVERSE SKIN CARE is such an investment. I like that the serum is tailored to my skin needs that is combination of retinol, aloe vera, and zinc sulphate. I am also currently trying out the 14% glycolic with b (3 or 5) to prevent peeling as a take home weekly peel. As I see on reviews, images, and posts on fb, Dr Taher and his nurses seem quite skilled with lasers and injections; like their motto "Look good. Not done.". In the future when I am ready to invest in other treatment approaches, I will be visiting Dr. Taher and his nurses. Thank you.

Hetisha performed my treatment which included a microdermabrasion session (deep exfoliation) relaxing, clarifying facial treatment, and facial massage. Hetisha was professional and thorough with her service. She was meticulous yet gentle the entire time and I appreciated her reviewing the products and explaining what she was doing during each step. The results were fabulous- my skin had a full resurfacing effect and appeared more fresh and luminous. What a wonderful pick-me-up!
