That issue was addressed the same day I called, and the site visit charge was credited against the work to swop out the fuse panel for the breaker panel. The scheduled follow up visit included converting our fuse panel to Breakers, installing a door bell, GFI outlet and outdoor switch. All the work was completed for the estimated price, and on the date scheduled. Elmar looked after all the prework ie. scheduling the power shutdown and inspection. We searched them on Google and saw that they had such great reviews, so we decided to contact them to get more info. We bought a new construction home and wanted to do an inspection for our upcoming one year warranty. I emailed and had a phone call with them before booking. The whole team was very friendly and knowledgable. They took the time to explain what each service entailed. We ended up getting a Tarion Warranty home inspection with some add ons: radon testing, sewer inspection and thermal imaging. Pricing wise, we would say Twin Peaks was priced fairly. We had some quotes that were lower and some that were a lot higher as well. We had Brad as our inspector and he was great! We didn't feel like anything was rushed. We asked a lot of questions and he took the time to explain things to us. The report was sent to us the next day in digital format with all the explanations and pictures attached so we could copy and paste to Tarion. Everything went well and we felt like we had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Buyer beware. When I…read moreordered the pool house, I was given a ship date of the first week of July. Manufacturing kept getting delayed. It was delivered today, September 19th. I won't be able to use it this year. Because of the delay, Summerwood's fault, shipping increased from $2000 to $4000. They "generously" offered to split the cost. With no allowance for cancellation and refund, I paid the $1000 on top of other increased charges from mistakes they made in their estimate, which I paid. I ordered a "pre-assembled" kit. Here's a picture of what I got. They nailed together a few of the 2' x 6's for some of the floor and sides. As my contractor said, this is no one's definition of pre-assembled. It will now cost me thousands more to build. And finally, when the truck leaves, the company takes no responsibility for missing or damaged parts. There are thousand of parts. If 100 were missing, it would be impossible to tell. You're supposed to count hundreds and hundreds of slats and shingles to ensure they didn't miss any? In the end, it would have been faster and cheaper to have had my contractor build this from scratch. If you do decide to order from Summerwood, add months and thousands of dollars to their estimate and don't pay thousands extra for "pre-assembled." Caveat emptor.
