We accepted their offer and they gave us a time to be here to remove a large tree in our front yard. They were actually here three hours early and were ready to work. The pepper tree is beautiful, he didn't just trim it he thinned it out and shaped it and all the trees. Texts me Sunday night and says he has an "emergency" I don't buy it at this point due to his reliability prior to this. He begs me to give him a second chance which at this point is like the 4th chance. Says he'll be there the next day. Alright, last chance. Does not show up! Do not get work from this dude.. super unreliable and unprofessional!
