The package was intercepted at the UPS facility in Salina, and they applied their own "updated" address label to the package. Their generated label had a completely incorrect address on it, including the wrong city. What's amazing is that my father informed me that this isn't the first time they've done this, and the same cattle yard manager has had to hand deliver these mis-deliveries to my dad's residential address before. Even after the first failed delivery and pick-up, they went ahead and redelivered the package to the same incorrect address. This was a major fail on their part...
