Ali refused, wouldn't give me a refund for the battery replacement, and wouldn't replace my watch, even though they did not make sure the watch was sealed properly. He claimed it was wear and tear, and that it was my fault and he doesn't take responsibility. When I asked about it, I was told it was normal. A few months later, I lost a diamond from the band where one of those thin prongs was. I decided to get a second opinion and went to Fast Fix.
