When I tried to ask questions she just smiled and nodded, not answering my questions. Told her I wanted both. They had me pay upfront, which was new to me. They charged me the $70, but only gave me a Swedish massage, no hot stones. I said something about it and again just smiled and nodded not answering me. When it was time to leave she then told me I had to leave her a tip. I tried to tell her I didn't get everything I paid for. She then had another lady come in there with her and they both told me how they provided a professional service and how I must tip them because they only get paid in tips. Then pulled out my receipt to tell me how much tip I was going to add and for me to change it. I have never in my life had such an experience. Never going back!

Bad customer service overall. She asked for a tip afterwards which I considered rude since she didn't provide a full hour without interruption. She walked out of the room at least five times to talk to other people.

The room wasn't very clean, and had a bad odor about it, which made it impossible to relax. On top of that, I felt uncomfortable with how pushy Emily was about tips, even before the session ended. It came off as very unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money, and I won't be returning. There are plenty of better options nearby.
