I have my blood drawn on a regular basis from other 3rd party companies like QUEST whom I HIGHLY recommend. I'm always praised by phlebotomists for the accessibility of my veins and the ease of drawing my blood. My first & LAST experience with Any Lab Test Now was quite the contrary. Upon entering the facility, the environment had a cold vibe and very unwelcoming. After checking in, I was directed to a back room and upon entering, the same cold vibe continued and the accommodations i.e. chair, was subpar and my arm was not properly supported. I informed the AMATEUR Phlebotomist which arm and vein other phlebotomist typically migrate to for blood so she proceeded to prep the area. After poking and prodding the needle inside the vein for ~ 10 minutes, the blood flowed very slowly into the tube as I grit my teeth in pain. After pulling out the needle, the phlebotomist realized she didn't draw enough blood and subsequently went to get another person to assist. When I asked the other person if she knew what she was doing, she answered "I Think So" which nevertheless, did not put me at ease. She then proceeded to tell me she was the District Manager. When I said that her Title still didn't provide me additional comfort, given her initial reply, she abruptly removed her gloves and told me to leave the facility.. She was extremely condescending and when I informed her I was going to leave a negative review, she gave me a thumbs up as I departed the facility. I immediately notified my Doctor of my experience and they are following up with LiverFast to alert them of my experience with Any Lab Test Now. Evidently, LiverFast has an exclusive contract with Any Lab Test Now for blood work. If you have the option to have a service come to the comfort of your home to conduct the blood draw, I HIGHLY recommend doing so and avoid ANY LAB TEST NOW at all costs. Lastly, I left a message with the corporate office regarding my experience and still have not heard back from them. P.S. Below is a pic (tap to enlarge) of the needle injection site. I would highly recommend booking an appointment as I don't know how you would get seen otherwise. When I went, there were more than 20 people in the lobby waiting (enough chairs for everyone). You have to check in at a kiosk with your driver's license then you will receive a text saying they're almost ready to see you. The front desk staff member will call you to the window and ask you to verify some information. That process took a while but it seemed to be different for everyone. I arrived before my appointment time and had to wait 15 minutes. The phlebotomist said they were low on staff so they were scrambling that day. She was extremely nice and quick so at least that part wasn't bad. If I had a choice, I wouldn't go back to Labcorp seeing how busy they were.

Just be sure if your name is on the list on the monitor in the lobby, that people don't start bypassing you because what's on the board might be different than what's on the computer. If they send you to Hannah, ask for someone else.

It took another five minutes to verify information. Because it was my little one getting blood work done, the phlebotomist called another colleague to hold down my kid's arm. They were both really nice, patient, and encouraging. My kiddo did great because of their help. The only tricky part is finding parking and the clinic itself.

Some staff project a warm, kindly spirit but most act like machine components. Maybe I'd overlook all of that but they don't consistently deliver reports. I trust my doctor but not these people.

This will be a year long program and it was important to me to find a lab close by. Clinical Pathology uses the Sonic Scheduling app to verify and confirm your appointments. It's easy to cancel and reschedule if you need to. Everything was done by text so when I arrived all I needed to do is say, HI! They knew exactly who I was and why I was there -- no worries. This was a lovely friendly group of ladies! The appointments are spaced out enough that the lobby was empty when I arrived and only two people when I left. Everything was clean and organized. My phlebotomist got me on the first try and I'm known to have invisible and tricky veins, lol. I look forward to finishing this process with Clinical Pathology Labs.

I literally took a list and handed it to the first one of what I was experiencing and handed them the medication I needed refilled so nothing would be missed and her report was incorrect of why I was there - she did not listen nor note anything from my list and ordred the wrong medication. Took my husband with me for the next visit with a different PA. She was immature and overly expressive (Oh My!, Oh you poor thing!) Ordered a CT, which I found out (too late and $988 out of pocket) from the tech that I really only needed an ultrasound. She ordred labs which required a urine sample, AFTER I was told that I could go use the bathroom and no longer needed to urinate. They didin't bother calling me with labs in January so #2 PA in July read them to me and I was shocked to learn that I was pre-diabetic and had blood in my urine and I should have been referred to specialists. The labs I had done more than a week ago have not been uploaded to the portal. Someone called with my CT result saying there were no significant findings and then giggled when she said "fatty", when saying "well except your fattly liver - which I did NOT know anything about.

Save yourself grief and go to another Quest location. Had a prepaid Quest sold Test that the Tech…read more(Ellie?) would not accept the Quest email on my phone (insisting I had to printed!!), then said that there is no such Test purchased from Quest. Then called her Senior (Kiara) that would clarify there is such Quest Prepaid Test but would keep saying that they couldn't find it. In the process they keep blaming me (the customer that has purchased many Quests Tests before). Finally they find it and said that was "On Hold" and that I have to call Quest (they also blamed me for being "on Hold"). When I tell them "but YOU are Quest" they said they don't call that "other department". They me asked to go out of my appointment for me to "call Quest". The folks at Quest headquarters were super nice (Carla) who said that my Quest purchased Test was active and available (that they are always "on-hold" until the Quest Office will pick it). She offered and called this Quest Location but they never picked up the call from their own headquarters. I ended up driving several miles to the Quest Carrollton location which made it all happen. Don't go to this location!! BTW, WHERE IS MANAGEMENT?

This visit, I had the pleasure of having Sukhman Kaur draw my blood. Sukhman was professional, efficient and gentle. I hardly felt the needle stick at all and we were able to draw the amount of vials I needed. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about how to perform the task at hand. As an added bonus, the next day I didn't have a bruise where she drew the blood! I was sad to hear she was leaving ALTN for a nursing position but very happy for her. I hope her boss will consider having her work part time if she so desires. I would let her draw my blood any day! Thanks, Sukhman, for a great experience.
