Poor to non-existent phone access. Feels like being in a dystopian scifi movie when I arrive at the site and must engage with the robot check-in podium. Some staff project a warm, kindly spirit but most act like machine components. Maybe I'd overlook all of that but they don't consistently deliver reports. I trust my doctor but not these people.

This visit, I had the pleasure of having Sukhman Kaur draw my blood. Sukhman was professional, efficient and gentle. I hardly felt the needle stick at all and we were able to draw the amount of vials I needed. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about how to perform the task at hand. As an added bonus, the next day I didn't have a bruise where she drew the blood! I was sad to hear she was leaving ALTN for a nursing position but very happy for her. I hope her boss will consider having her work part time if she so desires. I would let her draw my blood any day! Thanks, Sukhman, for a great experience.

At the Allen location they made me wait 10min before somebody comes out to let me know that my appointment has been cancelled. I came here in hope it would be a little better and more professional as I didn't have the time to ask our pediatrician to change the provider for the blood tests that needed to be done. With low expectations and just hoping that my child can get through the blood tests. I was so thankful that we had a very compassionate and caring technician who kept my child busy by asking and talking with him. Even trying to make him laugh while drawing blood. It took awhile to find a good vein and the entire process took awhile as our pediatrician needed to get several tests done. Because of this wonderful lady my child was able to sit still. She even held his hands. Best place ever! And yes I'll be always coming here for any testing!!!

From the moment I walked in, the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and welcoming. I came in as a walk-in fully expecting to wait at least 30-60 minutes, but to my surprise I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with genuine kindness. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and clearly committed to providing great service. Whatever issues may have been reflected in older reviews simply didn't match my experience at all. The staff member Janan was the best. She guided me through all of the steps and procedures that they will do before she even started. After the procedure of cutting pieces of my hair from my head were over, she notified me about the time of delivery for the results. She told me if everything comes out negative, I would have the results within the 24 hours. Though if it was positive, it would take 2-3 days to go through further labs process. Thankfully it came out negative. But the best part is that she represented the company on her behalf and delivered the results on time based of her word and how the company goes about delivering results. If you need to get any sort of testing done, this is the place to go. Great service and super nice. Thank you guys!

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic regarding both DOT testing and customer…read moreservice. The clinic hours online state they are open until 5:30 PM, so I called ahead on Thursday to ask if I could come in Friday around 5:15 PM after getting off work. I was initially told they close at 5 PM, but after I mentioned the hours listed online, the owner/employee agreed to stay a little later for me. I appreciated that accommodation and made the effort to come in immediately after work. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told the doctor had already left and only the urine portion of the DOT testing could be completed. DOT testing includes both the urine screening and physical exam, which is exactly what I had requested over the phone. That information should have been communicated clearly before I drove there considering that's what a DOT test is. What made the situation even more frustrating was the way it was handled afterward. Instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding or offering a professional explanation, the attitude I received was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. The woman at the front desk was visibly irritated the entire interaction. When I explained I would need to return another day and take PTO from work to do so, her response was "Doesn't matter, whatever" in a rude tone, followed by complete disregard when I said "have a good day." I understand scheduling mistakes and miscommunication can happen. They treated me like I was a favor. What is not acceptable is treating patients with disrespect when the confusion came from the clinic's side. Professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy matter. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning.

The issue is that even if the doctor sends the lab order electronically, the patients are encouraged to bring a paper copy because the system is not even showing the correct lab request, which slows down the appointment by having the lab technician manually enter the request from the paper and then scan it into the system. Attentive staff and good quality work, but the delays make it difficult to give it 5 stars.

About 30 seconds later they are calling me back to get started. Fast, efficient, skilled, and professional. I didn't take pictures of the inside as it's on the 3rd floor of the Physicians Building and there were patients in the waiting room. I'm coming here to get my blood drawn from now on. I would highly recommend booking an appointment as I don't know how you would get seen otherwise. When I went, there were more than 20 people in the lobby waiting (enough chairs for everyone). You have to check in at a kiosk with your driver's license then you will receive a text saying they're almost ready to see you. The front desk staff member will call you to the window and ask you to verify some information. That process took a while but it seemed to be different for everyone. I arrived before my appointment time and had to wait 15 minutes. The phlebotomist said they were low on staff so they were scrambling that day. She was extremely nice and quick so at least that part wasn't bad. If I had a choice, I wouldn't go back to Labcorp seeing how busy they were.
