Erick (Erick Franco = EF) is a true OG (original gangsta) in the form of a GC (general contractor). NMA (no more acronyms) for the rest of the review. I was referred to Erick by my handyman Fix It Fred (another OG) and told he could get my garage insulated and drywalled reeeeeeal nice. I doubted it was possible, but Erick came out within 24 hours, gave a reasonable quote, and was genuinely just a nice guy. He didn't even judge me for a project that was clearly being done for me to live in a garage. We set a start date that had to be pushed back a couple times, but that's just construction. I don't think there's such thing as a project that starts and ends on time in that world. The garage turned out more beautiful than the rest of the house and I owe it all to EF Construction.
