The process was relatively professional and everything seemed well sterilized so no complaints there. Other than the ridiculous pricing the overall experience wasn't bad. I just wouldn't recommend to anyone who doesn't want to over pay.

She was kind, patient, and friendly. She talked to me the entire time, answered all of my questions to calm my nerves, and created a welcoming environment for me to come back. The piercing tools were well sanitized and laid out in front of me. Hannah allowed me to look in the mirror multiple times to make sure I was happy with my piercing placement. The actual piercing was smooth, quick, and calm. She gave clear instructions on the aftercare and encouraged me to come back if I had any issues. Everything was sanitary and Covid health precautions were in place. There was hand sanitizer at the entrance, plastic barriers, and masks required by customers and employees. Gloves were worn on a tattooist and my piercer (though already expected, it was still ensured).
